Three-story townhouse with over 2600 sq of living space...room for the whole family!

Ground floor 1-bedroom (king bed) with kitchenette, open floor plan, sitting area with queen sleeper sofa, and a private full bath...perfect for grandma or the nanny.

An interior staircase leads you to the main living area on the second floor with a spacious open-air balcony, custom wood cabinetry in the kitchen, gorgeous tile floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen...with an open floor plan so the cook can mingle too!

A guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed...there is also a full bath on this floor.

On to the third floor where you find the master suite featuring a spacious balcony...the ensuite bath with granite counters and a spa tub, separate shower, and his-n-her sinks.

A guest bedroom with three single beds and an ensuite bath is also on this level.

Senior Trip

We had 3 seniors with parents (9 people total) for a spring break trip and the bedroom/bathroom situation was absolutely perfect. Called the rental manager twice to ask a few questions and they got back to us immediately. Would definitely come back.

Perfect house for 2 families with kids

Property was clean and as stated in the description. Location was proximal to main road and east to navigate on and off the key. Pool area was clean and very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen! Toilets were difficult to flush, living room TV was tricky to operate, and upstairs kids quarters had a shower with a weak water stream, but those were minor inconveniences compared to the benefits of this stay. Would highly recommend!

Great 60th Bday Vacation

We really liked the property. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful neighborhood in a private private, gated marina club. Great location central to lots of restaurants and attractions from Key Largo to Islamorada. The only negatives would not having a broom and dust pan available for guests to use. We had spill that was tedious to clean up using only hands and paper towels. Also, there leaky toilet on the top floor master bath that should be addressed. Other than those things, we loved it!

The owner of the townhouse had not paid the internet/cable bill.

The owner of the townhouse had not paid the internet/cable bill. So, service was cutoff while we were staying in the house. I had to call Dispatch so they could contact the owner to get the service reconnected.-----MANAGER'S RESPONSE---An unbelievable Comcast glitch somehow disconnected the entire 119 unit complex's services! We got our managed properties in the community back online but what we did not know until services started being disconnected for non-payment, was when service was disconnected, the owner's auto-pay information was also removed. We apologize for the inconvenience and are happy the owner was able to get the problem solved immediately when you notified us. Very friendly but they did not inform me of the car limitation. My friends and I had numerous problems with the front gate security guard when we’d try to come in. We found out once we arrived that we were limited to 4 cars. Barefeet didn’t mention this in the listing or when I checked in. So, when 7 people arrived in 5 cars for a 10 person house,, the front gate guard gave us a really hard time. We ended up paying to store one of our cars offsite. It was a bad way to start our vacation. ----MANAGER'S RESPONSE...Thank you for the compliment on the staff's friendliness! As to the parking, I am actually shocked security allowed 4 cars to pass through! We address parking and occupancy limits on the Terms and Conditions tab of our website and it's under HOUSE RULES on the AirBnB site where you booked. I understand the Terms and Conditions/House Rules say A LOT but we want to ensure our guests have all the information they need to help them make the best choice of accommodation for their needs. Here's the paragraph that addresses parking restrictions that you must have overlooked: "PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Parking in many locations is restricted, either by space or regulation. Parking required for motor home, travel trailers, boat trailers, etc. may determine which units you stay in, or require off-site parking arrangements. Guest must notify us in writing, in advance, if you require parking for any of these vehicles. CONDO COMMUNITIES ARE LIMITED TO TWO PARKING SPACES PER UNIT." I am happy you did not let it spoil your overall stay experience though!

As mentioned before, there are updates that really need to be made. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was also disappointed that the second pool was closed, I wish that we would have been made aware of that in advance. I received multiple calls prior to the trip asking me to send a copy of my license and credit card to the office in an unsecured manner. This made me uncomfortable. I would recommend that if this is an expectation of Barefeet Rentals, a process change be made so that these things can be kept secure when sent electronically. Overall, the staff was friendly and professional.

LOVE Mariners Club.

LOVE Mariners Club. The grounds, the pools, the gym, the dock, the harbor and the views are all amazing. It’s incredibly beautiful and well maintained. It’s also very secure with the security team traveling the grounds every hour. please refer to the comment in question 1..

Great complex, super clean, location is amazing. Has everything you need for a family vacation. Highly recommend spending time in Islamorada, we rented a boat and stand up paddle boards to go snorkeling. Check in was so easy and very friendly! We loved the property. The townhouse was beautiful and spacious. We were a family of ten and we had plenty of room. The toilet set on the master bedroom was broken when we arrived and we called. Within 2 hours it was fixed.The pool was awesome. Your team was great

Great place for a family

We had a great time and really enjoyed the place. the Mariner’s Club is a quiet complex with 2 great pools. The townhouse was huge. The Mariner’s club is a really convenient location in Key Largo. The only disappointment was the lack of lounge furniture on the lovely balconies. There wasn’t a way to relax outside at the rental without going to the pool.
