The place ruined my trip. First impression was that it didn't look quite like the photos. The photos showed cute throw pillows on the couches and beds and a nice rug in the living room. None of that was there. The couches weren't even the same couches from the photos. Whatever, we let it go.The windows there are all covered by boards and window ac units, so it's dark and dungeon like. It's slightly run down, cobwebs in almost every room, dirty baseboards, unidentifiable stuff on the walls, lots of chipped paint. It's in a bad area and we heard fights happening in the complex directly behind us almost nightly. The front door was all dented and had clearly been kicked in before. What absolutely sealed the deal that we hated the place was the fact that we had no internet and therefore no television the entire time there, so there was nothing to do in the evenings but sit around on the hard, uncomfortable furniture. I ended up standing most nights after long days hiking because that was more comfortable than the furniture there. Couldn't even have a good soak in the hot tub because only 2 of the jets on it worked. It was depressing and none of us even wanted to go back there to rest after our daily excursions. For nearly 400 a night, we expected a comfortable place to sit, working internet and a fully functioning hot tub at the very least. We didnt even get that.
