Other things to note
- Check in after 4:00, check out before 11:00 am.

- You will receive a text before 4pm of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in.

- Keys must be returned to the lockbox upon checking out. Missing keys or fail to return it will cost you $50.

- Mid-stay Cleaning service for $80 upon request.

- Free parking on a off-street private lot.

- Please explicitly indicate total number of guests on reservation.

- No overnight visitors other than those on the reservation please. We don’t want to engage in confusing discussions on how many guests are actually staying in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding

- No pets. Please explicitly disclose if you are traveling with emotional support animals. No smoking or use of marijuana or drugs on property

- The apartment is in a building with central heating. Unlike a hotel room there is no separate temperature control just for this apartment.

-The fireplace is for decoration only. Do not use it.
