-Pool Heat is Available for $30 Dollars Per Day and Must be Turned on for the Duration of your Stay. If your stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, it may not reached the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.

- Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- There is No Usable BBQ grill on Property, however, a BBQ grill with Propane can be Rented and Delivered for your Entire Stay by a Third Party Company for an Additional Charge. If you May Be Interested, Please Let Us Know and We Will Provide You More Information for Setup.

- The Home Requires 1 Small Step for Access.

- Packages shipped directly to the Resort address have a $10 handling fee. The resort does not accept packages over 30 pounds in weight, oversize boxes or perishables. Handling fees are payable at the Resort Front Desk.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
