We offer beach chairs in the condo for your use and BEACH SERVICE (March 1st - October 31st) during the high season which consists of an umbrella & 2 beach lounge chaise set up each day for your convenience.

Our Non-Smoking Condominium sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The two double sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony provide a stunning view of the sugar white beach and the emerald green water unobstructed by surrounding buildings.

The bedroom has a beautiful king size bed, a dresser, two night stands, mirror, television, and half bath. The living room is decorated with one queen size sofa sleeper providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two additional guests. All floors in the condo are covered with beautiful porcelain tile.

No need to waste your precious time and money running out for fast food breakfasts and lunches. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and affordable. The unique counter doubles as a dining table giving you a perfect ocean view while you dine.

The 27 unit complex offers a swimming pool complete with lounge chairs, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. The complex is far enough from the main drag to be a truly peaceful experience but is just minutes away from some of the Emerald Coast's most popular restaurants, exciting nightlife, and family attractions.

Enjoy a considerable savings compared to other condos with similar amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was as described. It's right on the beach, the view is beautiful, as is the sound of the waves. The unit had everything you could possibly need and was very comfy and cozy. Sarah was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There were some minor things that could be improved about the condo, but overall my expectations were met and exceeded in some areas. This was a great location directly on the beach and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. 9/10 visit.

Stunning view!! Walk out to the back and you are on the beach. They had everything here even kids sand toys. I wish we knew before we brought our own. You will need nothing but your swimsuits. Perfect getaway!Everything was just as described. Our kids had a blast and so did we. I will definitely book this place again. The ease of getting to the beach with the kids itself was a game changer. Then the views for us adults was just breath taking! White sands and turquoise waters. This compares to the Caribbean not like any other beach in Florida that Ive been to.

Beautiful Views

It was a wonderful stay. Easy access to the beach. Everything worked great. Surprisingly quiet for as much that is around. Kids absolutely loved it.

I love it!

Mark and Cindy have a beautiful beachfront property. We got chair and umbrella service that came with the condo as well! We had a blast on vacation! Excellent views of the ocean from the balcony. There is nothing quite like waking up and seeing, smelling and hearing the ocean. Mark and Cindy went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcome at their beautiful property. It truly felt like a home away from home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking at taking a trip to Fort Walton. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Mark and Cindy for your hospitality!

Perfect location

This property is a low density building, which means far less crowds in front of building on the beach. The owners have prepaid for beach service, a bit of shade from the sun. The unit is as described and the owners leave staples like salt pepper, spices, oils and cleaning supplies in the cabinet. Check the cabinets before you go to the store. Cindy was quick to answer any questions that we had. She also left snacks for us and fresh flowers, such a sweet gesture you don’t receive from management companies. Take note this small building doesn’t have an elevator. The board walk to beach also has stairs.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a wonderfully relaxing getaway thanks to Cindy & Mark sharing their beautiful condo! The view from this unit is spectacular, and the unit had literally everything we needed to prepare all of our meals on site after a short drive to Publix and Gulf Coast Seafood. We would love to visit again very soon! Thank you again!

Quiet Ocean View on the Beach

This is a lovely condo with a great balcony overlooking the beach. There were nice chairs and table on the balcony and beach chairs were available to take to the beach. The Kitchen was very well equipped. Cindy was a lovely host and provided fruit and fun snacks. However, If you are sensitive to fragrance as I am, this is not the condo for you. All the linens and furniture upholstery were strongly scented permeating the entire condo.

Best spot on the beach!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views right from the living room. This condo is about as close to the water as you can get. Mrs. Cindy was wonderful and answered any questions we had. The condo very clean and even came with snacks, fresh flowers and play toys for the kids. Our family of 4 fit comfortably here. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again!!

Wonderful trip

We had a fantastic time on Okaloosa Island! The condo was wonderful! Plenty of room, stocked well with cooking necessities, towels, linens, etc. Cindy, the owner, is the kindest person! She made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to help us with our grocery dilemma. Thank you to you Cindy and your family for a wonderful stay! Wonderful Memories Made Here

My daughter and grandchildren stayed four nights here. The view off the balcony was amazing. We loved that we were right on the beach. We liked that the condo was away from all the traffic. It was very quiet. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect view, location, beach, and condo

What a lovely stay! Perfect condo for our family with a great beach view. Want to watch dolphins and stingrays jump out of the beautiful turquoise water and pristine white sandy beach? This is the place! The condo itself is well furnished and stocked with everything you need. A really nice touch was the snacks, sand toys, and flowes left for us. HIghly recommend this property!

Like home away from home

Breath Taking

The owner of the property was so kind. Cindy called us a couple hours prior to check in to inform us the balcony was boarded up and not accessible.The construction that was supposed to have been completed was still being done. I must say this was extremely disappointing. When I book for vacation I always book property with a balcony beach front view and Cindy did try everything in her power to find a solution. She called her friends to see if they had property available and even offered the condo next door that had a window to see out of. Cindy offered to refund us 50% of our money. She literally tried everything and we were much appreciative. The property is nice the beach is amazing the water was so beautiful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Cindy for all that you did and congrats on the new grand baby !

Weekend at the beach

Wonderful place for us (semi-retired couple) to spend a few days at the beach after a short business trip. Lots of dining establishments nearby, beautiful beach with chairs / umbrella included, well kept and appointed unit. Our host, Cindy, was very gracious and accommodating. After traveling to Hawaii with our children, we realized how truly blessed we were to live in such a wonderful part of the country and purchased our beach home with its breathtaking view of sugar white sand and emerald green water. We live nearby and always enjoy meeting our guests.

We have enjoyed renting our 1 bedroom condo for the last 20 years and have tried to provide all the comforts of home along with the gorgeous view. Our condo is less than 100 feet from the stunningly white beach sand and breathtakingly beautiful aqua colored water. We provide many conveniences you won't get elsewhere - water and beach toys and well stocked condo with unbelievable views and amenities.
