Afar Modern Vacation Home

We would like to provide some context regarding this 1-star rating, as the guest did not leave any written feedback. Throughout the guest's stay, no concerns or complaints were communicated regarding the property or accommodations. Our message history reflects no issues being reported before or during the stay. The 1-star rating was submitted after checkout, following charges for damages to our property. Several items throughout the house were found damaged or broken, requiring us to replace all of the affected items. We understand that additional charges are never ideal; however, guests are responsible for damages that occur during their reservation. These charges were necessary to cover the cost of replacing the damaged items and restoring the property to its original condition for future guests. Given that no concerns were raised during the stay, we believe it is important to provide this context so prospective guests have a clearer understanding of the circumstances surrounding this rating. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for property while providing a positive experience for all our guests.
