We had a great visit. Location was super. We had issues with the elevator on arrival. Only one was working and it took forever to get moved in. On discharge we found there was a water leakage issue and affected the elevator’s. We were very happy with the entire staff and the manager was very kind and thorough.

Condo was great, only item is to tell your cleaning crew to mop the floors between guests, we have 18 month twins and their little feet were so dirty.

Balcony was great with beautiful beach view!Amenities pool, hot tub, onsite bar and restaurant where a plus if needed.Kitchen was dated and lacked ample dishes,pot/ pans and cutlery. Also no wine glasses!!Condo was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable!

We come to this resort every year prior to Labor Day. One of the few places still offering entertainment. No issues at all. In the past, if there were any kitchen prep needs, one phone call or text would have it rectified immediately.

Great location

Spacious condo with large bedrooms. Gorgeous view. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Very dated. Kitchen needs a full reno but everything worked. Kitchen pots pans dishes utensils frat house quality. Parking garage is a nightmare way too old for today’s SUVs. Park across the street. Grounds are nice and staff very friendly and helpful immediately. Would come back. But not during bike week,

We chose to stay at Paradise because it has entertainment at the tiki bar. Noticed afer check in that there were limited pans for cooking and messaged the property manager who replied immediately. We were brought additional items within 15 minutes.

I want to start off with saying that the listing is nothing compared to the actual property that was shown here on Expedia. The actual resort itself was very creepy in a way the halls smell horrible!! Don’t get me started about the smell in the room. It just smelled like bad breath. It was horrible. The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible! There were stains all over the bedsheets. There were leftover pecans left in the drawers from the previous people and we were constantly having to ask for toilet paper, I felt like it was kind of common sense to have enough toilet paper in the room for a week stay especially if there’s 12 people living in one room same thing with cleaning service. It was absolutely horrible. The cleaning lady only came once and she only came to take the trash. She didn’t clean up the room. She didn’t tidy up the beds nothing other than that we had to call every day!!!! constantly for them to pick up the trash. We were constantly having to leave the trash outside the room because if we left it inside it would stink up because like I said there was 12 people living in one room. It was absolutely horrible!! we did end up contacting the host as soon as we got there, and we saw that it was nothing like what we saw on Expedia.We Were advice to contact the people in the lobby because they would get us help quicker which just felt very odd because it’s your listing. Long story short it was a horrible stay we’ll never book with this host or resort again!!!!
