Peaceful vacation retreat on SSI within walking distance of beach & Pier Village

This newly built, custom designed, professionally decorated house with private pool is conveniently located within a mile of SSI beaches & Pier Village. Our vacation home is a perfect fit for multigenerational families, multiple families, a guys/ladies golf trip, girls weekend & locals wanting to host family and friends under one roof. It is located off Mallery Street on a quiet cul-de-sac lot less than a mile from the East Beach and Arnold Road/King & Prince beach accesses and the Pier Village. Once you pull in, park and unpack your car, you can easily walk, bike and/or rent a golf cart or Moke to get around and explore all that SSI has to offer.

Our vacation home was built with your vacation stay in mind. The large fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area can accommodate 16 people comfortably. As can the 2 king bedrooms with on suite bathrooms on the main floor, 2 queen bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and a bunk room, which sleeps 8, located upstairs. For families with little ones, we have 2 pack and play portable cribs with linens, 2 high chair/booster seats, 2 gates, 2 bed rails and a Baby Einstein stationary activity center on hand for your use.

Our heated & cooled plunge pool, outdoor lounging & dining areas, pool house half bath and outdoor shower are surrounded by a privacy fence. The pool house garage bay is stocked with 8 beach chairs, a rolling cooler and beach cart. It's also the perfect spot to park your rental bikes. We have off street parking for up to 6 cars.

The living room is equipped with an 83 inch smart tv for you to watch all your favorite streaming services on. In addition, all bedrooms, the bunk room and the pool house have smart tvs as well. The bunk room has a tv console perfect for setting up your personal gaming equipment and an assortment of games & puzzles for your enjoyment.

We have hotel quality bed and bath linens, pool/beach towels available for you to use during your stay. You will also have a fully stocked laundry room at your disposal and custom built closets in all bedrooms provide ample storage for suitcases and all your packed belongings.

You will find a great selection of local magazines, a restaurant guide, and other reference materials pertaining to SSI, Brunswick and other surrounding areas you may want to explore while visiting the Golden Isles.

Property was great for my family get together, with wife, three adult children and grandchildren. Great bunk room for grandchildren and 4 other very nice bedrooms with baths. Pool was a real hit with the 7 - 12 year olds.This place is well worth the money. It allowed my family to spend time together in one spot as they live in Arizona, NY and Iowa.

We loved 134 Ibis Cove! It was very accommodating. The kitchen great room allowed for lots of seating. Fully equipped kitchen was a dream. Home has it all… from the 4 bedrooms and bunk room to the patio pool area! We were centrally located to everything. Our rating would be a 5 star plus!

Perfect house for our multi-family vacation. The house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and laid out perfectly for large gatherings. Beds are comfortable, linens were good quality, and the thoughtful touches throughout the house made us feel right at home. The location was great. Perfect distance from everything. Beautiful and Comfortable

This house is perfect. It is beautiful, clean snd comfortable. The owner was very responsive and thought of some many useful details (fresh flowers, plenty of beach towels, chairs, coolers, toys, beach cart, etc.) to make the stay as close to perfect as can be. The home was absolutely perfect for our group of three families with room to spare.

This house has it all! Beautifully decorated and designed, the owners have thoughtfully provided so many things to make everyone’s stay comfortable and easy. We cant say enough about this great gem. We came only for a wedding weekend and wish we could have stayed longer. The five year old cried because he wanted just one more day!

Great House!

This house was perfect for our large family trip! There was plenty of space and the pool was a big hit with the kids! Each room was spacious and comfortable. The house was stocked very well. It was nice to not need to run to the store for extras such as paper towels etc….Highly recommend this place.

Very clean, well equipped, quality furnishings

We had a group stay for a golf trip, the home was very nice, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of towels, furniture was comfortable as well as beds. I would recommend if you have a large group that this house has everything you will need to accommodate and it is a very clean new house that you can tell was quality built.

Another unforgettable vacations

My siblings and I have been spending vacation time with our families for many years. Each time we make wonderful memories in this beautiful island. This time was even more special because the house. Fell in love with the home the second we walked in the front door. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need. House was amazing. We had nine in our party and there were beds left over that were not even touched.

Great Place for a group!

We had 10 adult long time friends - 4 couples and 2 singles so the bedroom, living and dining arrangements were perfect for us. Easy 1 mile walk or ride to the pier. Beautiful decor, refreshing pool, relaxing patio, very well appointed. The home is so comfortable and clean, it's a perfect place to catch up with old friends or spend time with family members. We had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone coming to St. Simons!

Lovely stay on SSI

The house is amazing, so beautiful and well appointed. It is obvious a lot of thought went into providing all you could possibly need during a vacation stay. We loved spending time in the open plan kitchen/living room area. This is the best vacation rental we have stayed in for cooking/eating in - loads of plates, glasses and cups, sharp knives, glass containers for leftovers and even a tea kettle! The owner was very quick to respond and easy to reach if we had any questions. Lovely quiet location too. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful property!

We had a large family reunion at SSI and rented this property (we also rented other properties on the island). The house was in a residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there was little traffic. We were close to some popular restaurants and were able to walk to them (quarter to a half mile). The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had a great outdoor space for gathering. It also had newer beach essentials that were a big help in toting stuff to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon, etc.). If we return to SSI in the future, we would definitely rent this house again.

Stay at 134 Ibis

We planned a last minute long weekend and this home looked too good to be true. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is stunning and comfortable. There wasn’t anything we were missing, everything we needed was there. We did most of our eating out, so we didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Alisha was great to communicate with. Anyone staying in this home will not be disappointed!

Peaceful paradise!

Our stay at this home was perfection start to finish! There were 11 of us plus one pup and we all were beyond comfortable in the house. Plenty of space to gather together or have some time to yourself. The bunk room is fantastic! Our grands loved it! Everyone had a bathroom as well. The pool was perfect! Great for kids to dip in and be comfortable as it was heated. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and we could all gather around the table together to enjoy them. We walked to the beach and the downtown area many times during our stay. The owners have gone the extra mile to think of everything to make the stay feel as comfortable as possible. Their communication was excellent!

Favorite rental ever!!!

If the house and location wasn’t enough, the amenities were over the top. They thought of everything. Extra bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, shampoo, bath wash, etc. I just can’t name everything that was provided. Oh wait even ice machine and ice bags. Top notch!! Booking again same time next year.

Perfect St. Simons House!

This place is AMAZING! The location is at the end of a quiet culdesac. The owners have thought of every last detail and the furniture is not only high-end but extremely comfortable. If you are hosting a family gathering I highly recommend it. We were a group of 8 golfing ladies and the setup couldn't have been more perfect. The kitchen came well stocked with every item you can imagine and we enjoyed the outside cabana area with the TV and seating by the pool. Just rent this house. You won't be disappointed. I almost hate to review this property because once other people find it we will have a hard time securing reservations again.

My husband is a native of Glynn County and we moved from Atlanta, my hometown, to SSI in 2006 to raise our family. We are now empty nesters & still enjoying our island life! We built our home and are fortunate to be able to host our large families, however, I am aware most homes cannot accommodate a big crowd.

Since I have helped some family & friends manage their vacation rental properties over the past several years, we decided to give it a go ourselves.
