Newly renovated 2023 with private pool and just steps to the beach.

Welcome to the newly renovated in 2022 Cameron Chase Cottage! This seven bedroom and six and one half bathroom has been totally renovated as of Janruary 2023. This home has everything a larger family will need during their stay. The home has three levels with multiple porches, three living areas on each floor, large kitchen and dining room and a private pool that can be heated for $75.00 per day or $400.00 for the week.

The first level has two bedrooms with two full baths. A large living area with plenty of seating, ping pong table and large flatscreen tv. There are sliding doors to access pool and grilling area. The second floor has a large sitting area, dining room, half bath, sitting area with desk, large kitchen, eating area, living area, master bedroom with full bath and a screened porch with sitting area.

The third level has three guest rooms and three full baths. There is a fourth room with a bunk bed that is for children only under 10 years of age and under 100 lbs. Also located on this floor is another living area with large flat screen tv and an open air porch.

All three levels can access the back stair way that will take you from the pool deck to the third floor and back down. The pool area has enough room to entertain after those long days on the beach. * The ladder leading to the roof top deck will be off limits.*

This home is located in 15th Street East Beach. You actually have ocean views from the front yard and second level porch. At night you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from any of the outside porches.

This home is a short walk to the beach and less than a five minute car ride to some of the best restaurants on the island.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
