For those looking for the ultimate vacation rental experience, this is the right villa! Located in the tropical grounds of Emerald Island Resort near Disney World, this huge 7-bed villa offers outstanding amenities at affordable prices for parties of up to 16 guests. This luxury villa with a private south-facing pool/spa and a fully air-conditioned games-room with air hockey, pool table, and a foosball table is every kid's dream vacation home!

Note: We rent multiple homes in this resort. So if the configuration or dates does not work for this villa, we can suggest alternate villas. Also, if you need more than one villa for your needs, we got you covered. Just ask!

Features
• Spacious family villa only 3 miles from Disney World. It takes less than 10 minutes to be in Disney World. You can access freeways within a few minutes for other central Florida destinations.

• 3300 sq ft of luxurious fully air-conditioned living space plus games room is at your disposal

• This villa has a south-facing pool/spa and lanai so that you can soak in the sun all day or relax in the lanai. Only a south-facing pool offers the maximum sunlight on the pool deck. So, please be sure to check for that as not every villa has a south-facing pool. This one does! There are plenty of loungers and chairs for all guests in the sun. After getting enough tan, guests can rest under the shade of lanai which also has fans to cool you off. We also have a large gas barbecue grill and we provide a free tank of propane gas for the BBQ. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! Those guests traveling with little ones will be glad to know that the Pool area has a complete child safety fence. In addition, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed.

• Sleeps up to 16 adults/children, ideal for 3 or 4 families, so bring your friends and family. There is no per-person cost.

• There are 7 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms

• • There are 2 master suites with king-sized beds. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms, large walk-in closets, and 50" SMART flat-screen ROKU TVs

• • There are 2 bedrooms ideal for adults, one with a king bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. Both these bedrooms offer closet space and flat-screen TVs

• • There are 2 kids bedrooms with two twin beds each. One of them is themed Princess Castle and the other is themed African Safari. These two bedrooms have their own closet space and 50" SMART flat-screen ROKU and 32" flat-screen TV respectively

• • The 7th bedroom is a kid's bedroom with two bunk beds in a Cars/Racing theme and sleeps 4. It has its own closet space and a flat-screen TV

• • In addition, we offer a cot (crib) and one pack ‘n play at no additional cost. There is a high chair and a stroller for your use, also at no cost.

• The spacious family room leading to a large south-facing pool deck has child safety doors to keep your kids safe. There is a 55" 4K-UHD ROKU TV with DVD player in the family room

• If you would like to have some quiet time, you can head to the living room to the front of the villa which offers comfortable seating

• Hungry anyone? The fully equipped luxury kitchen with granite countertops makes it a breeze to make some omelets or prep your food for the ultimate BBQ feast on the provided BBQ Grill. “Disney Magic” has a well-equipped kitchen that makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave oven, and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is “complete” with dinnerware, silverware, and glassware settings for the entire family (including wine glasses), kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives, and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt, and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwaveable dishes.

• Eat in style! The breakfast nook with a large granite countertop offers seating for 6. And in addition, the formal dining area off the living room has seating for 8

• Entertainment: There is no end to the entertainment if you are not tired at the end of a long day at the central Florida theme parks. Watch a movie on one of the many 4K-UHD ROKU/LED TVs as offered in all bedrooms with DVD players. For even more fun, head to the ultimate game room with a slate pool table, air hockey, table foosball, & 55" wall-mounted SMART TV. This game room is fully air-conditioned. (unlike many game-rooms that do not have any air-conditioning making them impossible to use in the Florida heat)

• There is no better way to enjoy the Florida vacation than spend quality time in the pool area. The large covered lanai with infant pool safety fence & alarmed pool doors will let you enjoy the swimming pool & spa area that offers plenty of sun loungers & free gas BBQ Grill. There are also plenty of dining chairs and tables on the pool deck for alfresco dining. We provide pool-safe crockery & drinkware for use around the pool.

• No need to pay for those outrageous baggage fees at the airline's counter. Pack light and use the utility room with a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board to freshen up your clothes as needed.

• Want to stay in touch? The high-speed wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa & pool deck. While you are connected, send some pics of Facetime that aunt who could not make it to this trip!

• For those traveling from out of the country (OK, for those coming from within the US too) there is a telephone with free local, national & international calls

• We provide all linens, towels, pool towels, and hairdryers
