The Space:
Enjoy a stylish and centrally-located brand-new condo with one of the largest rooftop pools IN MEXICO. Experience the heart of Puerto Vallarta's culture in the Romantic Zone and Downtown at your doorstep. Walking distance of the beach, coffee shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

As you walk into the unit, you will be captivated by its fresh and modern design, boasting a perfect blend of comfort and style. Walking upstairs to the loft, you will be delighted by the main bedroom's beautiful decor. It features a King-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large private full bathroom.

The second bedroom facing the mountains features two queen-size beds, closet space, and also a private bathroom.
IMPORTANT: The main bedroom space is on an open space on the 2nd floor with a view to downstairs and the terrace. There's no wall/door that encloses the room (see pictures).

As a highlight of your experience, take a refreshing dip in the dazzling infinity rooftop pool while marveling at the panoramic vistas of the picturesque coastline at 11 floors high.

IMPORTANT:
*Visitors are NOT permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities. Building administration requires that a concierge greets you and completes the check-in process in person. Therefore, late check-ins after 8:00pm will incur an additional fee of $500 MXN or $30 USD, which must be paid in cash upon arrival.

*There is a maximum of 4 people per unit, including children aged 2 years and older. This policy is strictly enforced.

*Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.

*Our Infinity Pool is Now Heated!

NOTE: A USD $500 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be liberated after the team inspected the property at your departure.

Guest Access:
HOW TO FIND THE ENTRANCE:
The SOHO building has 2 entrances. The main entrance is called the motor lobby and is located directly on HWY 200. Use this if arriving by foot/Uber/taxi. This entrance is located directly across from the PEMEX gas station, located at Carr. Costera a Barra de Navidad 380. When putting "SOHO PV" into Uber, it might direct the driver up the hill to the back entrance, so please tell your driver you want to use the highway entrance.

The second entrance is to the rear parking lot and also has a pedestrian entrance. This is located behind the building and requires driving up Pulpito Street and when you come to a wall, turn to the left onto Rodolfo Gomez street. It is a small, narrow, stone street. You will see the back of SOHO and where you can enter to park. Registration is required before parking.

The Neighborhood:

Zona Romantica is a busy, exciting area of Puerto Vallarta. Note that part of being within walking distance of this vibrant part of town is expected to have some street noise including but not limited to music, cars, restaurants, or general people.
