This new modern condo features a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, two closets and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has a big white carrerra marble island for a quick meal or breakfast.
It is stocked with cookware, utensils and dishware for 10.

The oceanfront terrace 27' X 13' offers amazing views and the soothing sounds of the waves down below, it has a dining room for 8 and a comfortable lounging area to enjoy the sunset.

Sayan Beach rooftop terrace offers the best 360 degres views of Bandera's bay and all Puerto Vallarta with a spectacular infinity pool, large jacuzzi, a lounge area with bar and restaurant services.

Enjoy Los Muertos beach or have a refreshing swim in one of our beautiful pools.
An additional two pools, a sitting area with a firepit and a jacuzzi are on the main level completed by a state of the art gym, steam room, massage room and showers. The bar and restaurant are very good and inexpensive.

To make your vacation experience perfect, we have free cleaning once a week, a safe, an indoor parking space, 24h security, wifi and cable tv by satellite. An agent from PVRPV will welcome you and show you the condo and all the amenities of the Sayan Beach Complex. The agent will also be there the day of your departure. This contact person is there for any emergency. PVRPV has a concierge service that can reserve restaurants, boat trips, tours and activities for you.

Wonderful accommodation in terms of comfort, location and a small but wonderful and under-utilized beach. You can walk to Zone Romantica by beach or highway. The kitchen has plenty of placemats, cloth napkins, dishes, glasses, pots and pans for dinner parties. The two pools had restaurants each and 2 for 1 cocktails (La Paloma and Margaritas). for this unit, if you are NOT going to the rooftop the south elevator isn't used as much. You can take the stairs to the beach, lower pool and fitness center. Room service seemed to be popular.I walked to Cardenas Street and then to Baca Market for fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, roasted chiles, spices (sold by the pound/gram so you can buy just a bit) and if you continue up the street in half a block, same side, are there's an an inset with butcher and poultry shops with fresh products they cut for you in minutes; you just past it if you get to a narrow restaurant frequented by locals you have just passed it but can go through this place, turn right and you will see the poultry shop (sells out by noon). Very affordable and safe, quality meats. I walked there and took a taxi back with my grocery bags (provided at this unit). Recommended and affordable dining: Joe Jack's, (frequented by Americans and Canadians) L'Angolo Napoli for brick oven pizza, Bonito (B's) Lounge (Asian fusion small plates), and Tiki Bar (fresh cerviche and micheladas at Playa Conchas Chinas by the Orchid condo.Affordable entertainment: The Palm Cabaret

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is well-appointed with beautiful views from the balcony. The staff are extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant. Both pools are top notch and also offer great views. The a/c in the common area and front bedroom is good, but the primary bedroom and bathroom can get a little warm.

This has been one of the best stays we’ve had. The condo was perfectly located and nicely appointed. The local host was very communicative and helpful. From rescheduling rides due to airline issues, to stocking the condo with food and drinks we had chosen from a very nice excel shopping list. The condo building has several nice infinity books, hot tubs, relaxing areas, and bars and restaurants. Meals and drinks were excellent. Thank you David & Moises.

The condo is beautiful with all the necessary items needed (lots of towels, well appointed kitchen, even two bags of ice). We would absolutely stay here again. Very quick and easy Uber rides to town, but also walkable via the beach (if you can handle stairs). Staff at the building were wonderful. Rooftop pool was under construction but that was okay as the main pools were perfect. This was a great, relaxing family vacation. If you need suggestions on excursions, ask the staff. We did a day trip to Sayulita and loved it.

Stunning Condo and Property

This is the second time I have stayed at Alain’s condo. The condo is beautifully appointed, spacious, well-cared for with an absolutely stunning view of the bay. Alain is a genial and responsive host. The property is gorgeous with incredible salinated infinity pools. The security and restaurant staff are outstanding.It is an easy walk on the beach to the restaurants in the Romantic Zone. I highly recommend Alain’s condo. It is a gem.

We have been spoiled. The condo was beautiful. The views were spectacular. And the services were spot-on. We enjoyed the amenities. The couples massages were arranged for us there. We enjoyed the food and the drinks. Everyone was so friendly to us. We definitely want to return.

Great Property, Great Unit, Wonderful Staff

This is my 3rd stay at the Sayan Condo properties and the first in this unit. It's my favorite vacation property and this Unit is no exception. It has a fantastic view, great amenities, very secure, wonderful helpful staff, and meticulously cleaned daily. The only issue we had was with a clogged AC drain that caused some brief flooding from the ceiling but they got service out to us the next day to repair the issue.

Just as good as it looks!

The condo itself is spacious and very well equipped. The furnishings are comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Balcony is huge, perfect for lazy days with a book. Wi-Fi and internet were also very good. The property is wonderful! Restaurants and bars were excellent. But the best part was how well we were treated. We were welcomed by Jose, who with the help of all staff, made sure we well taken care of throughout our stay. The unit owner was quickly responsive to our prestay questions. You will not regret your choice to stay here!

Family Trip

We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, especially early in the morning and in the evening. The view was unmatched. The unit was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were wonderful, always helpful. The property was very secure. Restaurants and shopping were a quick Uber drive away. We will return sometime in the near future.

Looks just like the pictures!

Here’s what we loved: —the condo was beautiful and the views even better! —the staff of the complex were so kind and helpful. The security guys that are by the front entrance were so helpful! —the pool is perfect! —just outside the city enough to not have a lot of hustle and bustle hit close enough for a $6 Uber ride. The ONLY thing that could improve is the air conditioning system. We had a lot of trouble regulating it. The bedrooms are on a different system than the living area and it seemed like it was either freezing in the bedroom and hot in the living area or vice versa. We did report it to the property manager who got someone on it right away but it was still finicky after that. We weren’t there enough to worry too much about it. I’m sure had we reached out a second time to the property manager it would have been resolved but it’s definitely worth noting.

Best Vacation Ever

I won’t lie – the reviews on this rental were so glowing I was a bit worried that it was fake! So I will make sure to add in some things that weren’t perfect so you know this place really is the real deal. We were looking for someplace that was quiet and relaxing but “fun adjacent” and Sayan Beach fit the bill. It was like being at a resort with all the beautiful, well-maintained amenities and exceptional service. With pools on the roof and the ground floor, you have a choice on how to cool off. So first “negative” – not any fault of the owner - the rooftop pool was closed for construction while we were there. Progress was slower than expected but they did open the pool and bar (construction behind plywood walls going on behind the pool) so that we did get one afternoon swim and an evening view in the day before we left. But we did not suffer as the downstairs pools are gorgeous – in fact my family may have preferred them! The unit itself is spectacular. It was very comfortable for the four of us and well appointed (note: the balcony configuration is what is reflected in later photos in the set – only one chaise, a table for 6 and two hanging chairs). When we were in the unit (not that often honestly) we spent much of our time there. We also could not get the sound system to work but we were happy with the sounds of the ocean which you hear clearly from the 2nd floor unit. The sunsets were just spectacular! Even better than I imagined!

This property is even better than I imagined! Communication with owner and property manager was seamless. As soon as we walked into our unit, the views from the balcony was breathtaking, our fav was sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset daily. Beds were extremely comfy, memory foam. We wanted a place that was beautiful and comfy like home but had the amenities of a hotel such as restaurant on site, pool service, room service and this place was exactly that. The security onsite was so helpful and kind. Felt really safe here. Another plus was that it was 5min Uber distance to town, where we explored and had delicious local food. Can’t wait to come back!

Great condo in PV

Great size for two couples. Very clean and well maintained. Spectacular views of the bay. Easy walk on the beach over into the zona romantica. Rooftop pool area is perfect. Service is great both at the rooftop and the main pool below. The food was also great, especially for breakfast.

Rest and Relaxation

This visit was all about unplugging, catching up on sleep, recharging from the depletion of busy work schedules, and just enjoying being in a gorgeous place. Alain’s condo is immaculate. The decor is like something out of a magazine. The wood accents throughout the condo are stunning. The beds were comfortable, the sofa was inviting, and the view from the deck just captivated the mind - especially during the incredible electrical storms at night! We used the house manager service that Alain works with to have some groceries delivered ahead of time. David from Admin Homes was attentive throughout our stay. He exhibited professionalism, knowledge of the condo and the surrounding area, and he was simply a really nice guy! I’d recommend using their service if you’re coming for a week or more so that they can coordinate drinks, beverages, snacks, etc. We are on the property quite a bit. The food is exceptional. The bar was very convenient on both the rooftop and the ground level. The staff is amazing from the front desk security team (Mel, Moises, Hector, Juan, and the others whose names have left me) to the wonderful bar and restaurant staff (Joaquin, Carlos, and the others). The entire staff makes the experience feel like you’re in an all-inclusive resort by the way they are so attentive to your needs. Please make sure you tip then we’ll upon departure!! I cannot say enough about how amazing this vacation was. Book this unit - you will not be disappointed!!

This spot is amazing. The condo is breathtakingly beautiful and super comfortable. The pools on site are clean and with such great views. The employees here are super friendly and accommodating. And the food is delicious! One thing to note is that we originally were excited to walk into town, but the walk is over a set of rocks and down a stretch of beach that was just wasn’t super conducive to having a toddler in tow. So we ended up using cabs for the short 5 minute ride into town. If you’re sold on walking everywhere this place may or may not be for you. But the good news is that the restaurant here is so so delicious that you don’t even need to leave the property!
