You will be able to bring the whole family and guest for a time of rest, relaxation and fun on and in the water. Ottertail river is crystal clear and wonderful for floating, swimming, fishing and kayaking. You are just yards away from the entrance to Deer Lake for boating and fishing as well. This home is located in one of the best areas for tubing down the Ottertail River. Launch your tubes by Zorbaz and spend a lazy day floating the river right to the property.
The Space & Amenities:
As soon as you walk into this home, you immediately feel invited. Nice separate dining room, with a large open kitchen with Island. Separate Coffee Bar. Open Living room facing the huge yard with river views!
First bedroom with a queen bed off the kitchen, and 2 bedrooms down the hall near the bathroom. Second bedroom has a twin bed and a full bunk bed, with a twin above. Third bedroom has a queen bed. There is additional sleeping space in the TV sun room off the living room with a full Pull out couch. Sleeping up to 10 guests.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glassware, potholders, a toaster, a crockpot, a blender, a Keurig coffee pot, Brew a whole pot or bring your own K Cups to make just one cup at a time, paper towels, kitchen washcloths, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, washcloths, body towels, and hand towels. All bedrooms are complete with bedding and at least 2 pillows per guest. Additional items included in this stay: Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent,
Outdoor Space:
Parking for multiple vehicles, Fire pit, Outdoor Gas Grill. Beach Area with nice sand next to the water. The shoreline is cleared of reeds, but there are still weeds present. At the end of the dock there is a hard sandy bottom. There is a great newer dock with permanent built in seating for 4! Kayaks and life jackets for guests to use! There is a dedicated Fish Cleaning Station complete with a cleaning table, running water and a dedicated refrigerator/freezer. (Next to the shed/driveway) Please be mindful of the next guests; thoroughly clean the space and put your debris/guts (double bagged) in the freezer until Monday am garbage pick up.
