Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

Excellent condo with beach and bay views
Grandparents, parents and two kids - perfection. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, spacious bathrooms. The pool is enormous and very private. South Padre does a great job keeping their beaches clean. We have found our new Texas beach home.

Family Beach Vacation - Great Location
My family (2 adults, three teens) really enjoyed this beach condo. The location and condo were excellent. Condo staff were professional, polite, and helpful. Condo had everything we needed for our stay, and was super clean. Beds and bedding were comfortable.
Condo pool was great and well maintained. While pool area was busy, it was never too busy that we could not get chairs, or find an area for family to enjoy.
Beach was easy to access and clean, and not nearly as busy as the public beach further south. Condo beach umbrella and chairs, and cabana's were all reserved by residents who get first dibs - yet most sat unused but "reserved" the entire weekend. Not a big issue as we ended up renting umbrella and chairs from a vendor (Sonny's) next door at the attached hotel.
Lots of available parking in the covered parking allowed for easy access to our vehicle, and shade to keep it cool.
The only issues encountered were a TV in the living room that failed to work properly, but owners were very responsive in trying to fix during our stay. Living room furniture is getting worn and could use a refresh.
We have made many Texas beach condo visits over the years and this condo is now our favorite primarily due to general condition, location, and staff.
