Desert Oasis - Heated Pool w/ Waterfall and Grotto

Peace & tranquility abound surrounded by palm trees in the private backyard centered around a pool that features a rushing waterfall w/ grotto underneath. The pool has a shallow area for lounging or splashing & the rest is mostly 5 to 6 feet deep. The pool is heated (extra fee up to $60 per day may apply) Lounge by the pool, cook in the outdoor kitchen, or gather around the gas firepit. Tons of fun inside - foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, and retro cocktail style arcade w/ tons of 80’s games.

The space
The home is over 3300 sq feet with a 3 car garage. The entry way opens with a vaulted ceiling. On the main floor there is a game room with board games, books, puzzles, the 80's arcade table, and sofa that converts to full size bed. There is large dining room table that seats 8 and in the same room a sitting area perfect for cozying up with a good book or playing a game of chess. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all kitchen basics (coffee bar!). The kitchen has a breakfast nook off of it and opens to the living room with then leads to the patio and pool. Upstairs you will find a rumpus room with pop-a-shot basketball and foosball with a second convertible sofa. Very large primary suite with home study/work alcove and large ensuite. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs, 2 with queen beds, and one that has 2 twin beds.

The home is serviced often by landscapers, garbage service, pest control, and weekly pool cleaning and treatment to be sure your stay is exceptional.
