This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation rental is a comfortable, casual home away from home. The back of the house is lined with large windows that display a view of the Southern Oregon Coast. Private stairs from the backyard lead down to a sandy beach near the mouth of the Winchuck River (please be aware we do not maintain the shoreline- there could be driftwood or sea matter on the sand that you may have to walk around or step over). Watch boats, whales, sea lions, and the changing flow of the mouth of the Winchuck River. In winter watch amazing storm waves and the driftwood that piles up and disappears with each storm.

This home provides all of the basic necessities for your stay. Including linens, a user-friendly kitchen, Roku access, and WiFi. Enjoy the spacious deck with a good book or curl up on the couch to watch the ocean. The sound of waves crashing against the shore in the background will bring you the peace that is often missing from everyday life.

This rental is an older beach front home, priced fairly for the amount of guest and amenities available. It is a very family and pet-friendly rental- dogs are welcome with prior office approval. Contact the office if you are wanting to add a dog, There is a $50 pet fee (per pet). Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be cleaned up after at all times inside and outside.

NO BOATS OR TRAILERS!! Max of 3 vehicles allowed. You will be contacted if additional vehicles are noted.

The private staircase to the beach was rebuilt in April 2023.

Please Note-
The fireplace is not operable!
There are large ocean facing windows, we want guests to be aware we are in the works to replace them. There is fogging in some at this time, views in the living area are available. The primary bedroom has difficulty viewing the ocean.
