Located right next to the lakeshore, this home is just a short walk away from Lake Ray Hubbard which is great for fishing, skiing and most importantly, relaxing!

As you enter this stunning and spacious home, you are greeted with plenty of space to host your family and friends! This two story home has an abundance of windows that flood the common space with warm and soft natural light to illuminate your atmosphere. As soon as you check-in, kick your feet up and unwind in the comfy living room that features a beautiful orange sectional couch as well as a gas fireplace to cozy up next to! Watch your favorite shows or the big game while spending time with your friends! If you're looking for more entertainment, head no further than the in-home game room that features a FULL size pool table or pick from any of our provided board games!

Behind the living room is the NEWLY renovated full size kitchen that is perfect for every at-home chef! Take advantage of the full size burner stove top and cook up your favorite meals using the provided kitchen utensils! We provide everything you need to make your favorite meals possible including basic seasonings, dishware, and pots and pans! Featuring all new stainless steel appliances, this full size fridge, microwave, and oven, will make sure you don't feel limited in the kitchen during your stay! Serve up your tasty cooking creations on the boho themed dining table that seats 6 comfortably!

Located downstairs is the first private BR that features an en suite bathroom making it convenient to start and end your day! Relax on the oh so comfy queen mattress while watching your favorite shows before bed! Located upstairs is the master bedroom that features a full SAUNA in the attached bath! The control pad for the sauna is located right next to said steam shower. Unwind after a long day at the lake in the oh so relaxing steam shower right before bed where you'll sleep on a spacious king mattress! The third and fourth bedroom are also private bedrooms with oh so plush queen beds ready for you to get a good nights rest! Lastly, the fifth bedroom is also the game room where it features the pool table mentioned earlier along with four single beds, great for kids!

For the ultimate relaxation spot, head to the backyard where you will find the full size SALT WATER pool and spa pool! Once you take a dip in, you won't want to leave! And you won't have to since this private pool is all yours for the duration of your stay! If you get tired of the salt water, you can always head to the lakeside less than a mile away for some FRESH WATER! Lake Ray Hubbard is one of the largest lakes in north Texas and is great for recreational fishing, skiing, and relaxing!

For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home aside from supply closets and attics.

This home has plenty of parking in the driveway as well as the private garage! This is a quiet neighborhood so please be cautious of your noise level after 9pm.

The pool is professionally cleaned weekly every Saturday morning. The pool is outdoors and uncovered so it may have small particulates in the water depending on the time of week.

My property manager Josh is available for emergencies such as lockouts. For standard on-site requests made after 6:00 pm, staff can be available the following day.


House Rules:
1. Bring guests inside the house after 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM as it disturbs our neighbors. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine each time.

2. Our home has plenty of parking. DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations. There is a $100 fine each time this rule is broken.

3. A $200 fine for smoking inside of the house. There is a $50 fine per price of smoking-related litter such as cigarette butts, packs, and rolling papers.

4. There is a $200 charge per body fluid found on the property.

5. The home must be left exactly how it was found. The cleaning charge covers the make-ready clean and not a deep clean. If there are any extra cleaning services needed on the property then that will be covered by the guest which can range from $50 - $300.

6. We do not allow DJs, live music, or large audio setups and there is a $1500 fine for breaking that rule. Small retail speakers for light music not audible from outside are permitted.

7. We can accommodate a maximum of 16 people at the home in total. We cannot host parties at this home. Intimate family gatherings can be allowed on a case-by-case basis. No unauthorized parties are allowed at my property. There is an extra headcount fee of $25 per person over the agreed upon headcount.

8. If there are weapons or illegal drug use, there will be a fine of $200 per violation.

9. A late check-out fee of $100 will be applied at the start of each hour late due to extending your stay beyond the original check-out time of 11:00 AM. You are also responsible for any losses or damages caused by untimely check-out, including guest refunds.

10. If there is any evidence that there is an unapproved animal on the property, there will be a $500 pet fee. Pet’s can be permitted on a case-by-case basis with a refundable deposit. Exceptions can be made for documented medical animals such as guide dogs.

11. If you are asked to leave due to a disturbance/breaking house rules, you will not receive a refund.

12. The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty so you must swim at your own risk. Anyone under the age of 14 years will need to be supervised by an adult. No running on the pool deck. No diving. No food and drink on the pool deck. No glass on the pool deck.
