Welcome to this stunning 5 bedroom home! Just 13 minutes to Downtown Columbus or 13 minutes the other direction to the new INTEL factory site. This home has been renovated and designed to be the perfect place to stay for a few nights or a few months. Fully stocked, each room has been curated for guests like your group. The backyard is fenced in, and will have a firepit for guests to use as well.
The Space:

The main level has a large open kitchen/eating area/ living room. Feel the warmth and cozy feel of the fireplace, and enjoy a meal together in the formal dinning room. On the main level there is also a bedroom and 1/2 bathroom.
Upstairs there are 4 ample bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed as well as twin bed, seating area, desk, TV, large walk-in closet, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The other 3 bedrooms all have a new queen bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
3 total bedrooms have mounted smart TVs, as well as the living room.
All beds are new, and there is a premium Helix mattress for each one.
The back yard is fully fenced-in, and all debris cleared away.
The garage is attached to the house for easy access, and is large enough for 2 cars to park inside. The driveway can hold 2 more cars, and there is room on the street for 1 more car. These are all large parking spots, and work great for a larger truck or vehicle.
There is a finished basement that contains a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
