Welcome to the Historic House on Main! This 5000 sqft home features 4 private condo units under one roof to accommodate large groups. Originally built in 1872 by a local Hemp Merchant, The House on Main has been restored to its former glory with every detail thought out to provide a truly unique and perfect experience. Come enjoy the old-world charm of a grand two-story staircase, 12-foot ceilings, and beautiful 150-year-old hardwood heart pine floors! Book now to stay in the heart of Georgetown!

We've arranged for the property to be available for self-check-in and self-check-out but have staff in the area who can assist at any time, in person or by phone. If you are needing additional services or would like to hear about our Concierge services, please let us know!

Located on the end of Main Street, you will be surrounded by historic homes and Georgetown College. Enjoy a stroll to Georgetown College, Downtown to enjoy our favorite local restaurants or shop the cutest boutiques or short scenic drive to Lexington to see the horses or Frankfort to enjoy some bourbon! Guests will be 4 miles from Georgetown College, 7 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park, 20 miles from Buffalo Trace Distillery, 30 minutes from The Ark, & 15 minutes from Lexington.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the whole House on Main with a private entrance from the rear parking lot, and Wi-Fi.

THE SPACE
The House on Main offers a truly unique experience for larger groups with 5000 sqft of space to gather and entertain, but also each of the 4 individual units are fully functioning for guests to retreat into their private spaces at the end of the night for some quiet time. Other features include fully stocked kitchens, Lux memory foam mattresses with toppers, Smart TVs along with high-speed internet, and a fully fenced in backyard with a firepit area and a picture-perfect mural!

The 4 units that make up the House on Main are:
Secretariat, 2-bedroom 2 baths (1st floor)
Man O’ War, 2-bedroom 2 en suite baths (1st floor)
Sir Barton, 1-bedroom plus living room queen sleeper sofa, 1 bath (2nd floor)
War Admiral, 1-bedroom plus living room queen sleeper sofa, 1 bath (2nd floor)

KITCHEN/DINING:
4 Fully stocked kitchens with appliances, Keurig coffee makers, dinnerware and silverware, toasters, blenders, and much more. We are also within walking distance to some of our favorite local places to eat! Due to high volume of guests, things tend to run off. If there is something missing in the units, please reach out to us so we can make your stay a 5-star experience!

BEDROOMS:
The House on Main offers 6 bedrooms with King beds and Lux memory foam mattresses with toppers, 2 queen sleeper sofas, luggage racks, full length mirrors, and fans. Plenty of space for everyone to get a great night’s rest! We also have a pack & play for the little ones.

OUTSIDE:
-Large patio firepit area with seating (propane provided)
-Large deck with seating
-Covered front porch with seating
-Privacy fence around the back yard for privacy
-Large lighted off-street parking lot on site
-Charcoal BBQ grill (charcoal not provided)

LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer in each individual condo (detergent provided)
Guests can easily walk to Downtown Georgetown, however the best way to experience Kentucky is with your personal vehicle.
