Our townhome has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 closets and 2 dressers drawers with its own private bath including a full shower and separate tub for soaking. The guest bedroom has a queen pull-down murphy bed and its own full bathroom. Our townhome comfortably sleeps 6 guests with the 2 bedrooms and living room sofa sleeper but if you have a few more guest, you can pullout the queen air mattress that is also provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishware, pots/pans, utensils and appliances you might need to prepare any meal. Lounge by the pool with a stunning view of the bay & the South Padre Island high rise hotels. Enjoy the back patio with a view of the boats parked on the canal, BBQ, have some coffee or a glass of wine. WIFI is provided so you can access your Netflix or video accounts and internet if you just want to stay in. For exercise, play some tennis & enjoy the fully equipped gym. Access the bay via the boat canal right behind the townhome for some of the best fishing in South Texas and not to mention you are just minutes away from our South Padre Island beaches, bars and restaurants. Time it just right and you might catch a rocket launch from SpaceX. If you have the urge to shop, take a 30-minute drive to the Outlets in Mercedes Texas.
