Welcome to our brand-new 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the charming neighborhood of Port Isabel’s Laguna Madre, just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico.

As you step into our spacious home, a large dining table and a comfortable living area await you, complete with a generously sized smart TV for family entertainment.

Our well-equipped kitchen is perfect for crafting delicious home-cooked meals, with an abundance of cookware and dishware ready for your culinary adventures.

The 2nd floor hosts a luxurious master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, ample dresser space, and a Smart TV for your relaxation. The adjoining master bath offers a delightful walk-in tiled shower, providing a spa-like experience. This room has its own closet for storage.

If you keep venturing upstairs you will discover a cozy additional space to be used as a business center or a sitting/sleeping area, creating a perfect spot for family gatherings. One guest bedroom, with its own bathroom, offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. In the guest bedroom, you'll find two twin beds and a smart TV, with its own closet.

Pool: This beautiful oasis has a community pool and the use of this pool is for registered guests. Onsite security is allowed to remove anyone not listed as a guest. Host has option to cancel booking if this rule is broken.

Although children are allowed in the unit we do advise all parents that there are no child proof mechanisms in the home. There’s no outlet covers, and there maybe some reachable chemicals. Please child proof the home during your stay. Also please make sure children are accompanied up and down the stairs. Do not run up and down the stairs, use with caution while holding rails. While visiting Texas please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, nuisance, etc. While we do actively treat for pests this does not eliminate the possibility that you will not see a critter during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter-free home, sometimes it’s just not possible. But someone will be sent to the home as fast as possible if you let us know that you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you! There are no boats, trailers or jet skies allowed.

I hate to give this only 3 stars because the host was very kind and the location of the property is wonderful. The decorations are very nice inside and having the ev charger was extremely helpful (although it wasn't there when we arrived which was a little disappointing).The reason for the rating, and I hope the host sees this as constructive criticism and nothing against him. To be honest, 90% of the issues (resulting in the 3 stars) would be fixed if the housekeeping team had done their job. I have included many photos but it only allows 8 (if the host would like to see more, I am happy to send separately in an email). Here is the list: (again, I'm not a complainer. I just want the host to know the condition of the property in case he hasn't been there in a while)- It really can't be advertised as a Brand New Home anymore. I don't know when it was build but judging by the mold and discolorized caulking in the master bath, it can't be newer than a year.- Kitchen utensils: as seen below, the knives were gross. They were extremely dull and each one has many rust spots. A whole new set is needed! There was no whisk and no rubber spatula. I consider those to be standards especially if this description says that the kitchen will provide everything your culinary heart desires.- The measuring cup was stained beyond cleaning- No cookie sheets (again, this should be standard)- Many of the plastic cups had clearly not been cleaned. ...much more to write but ran out of space
