Feel at home in this beautifully outfitted retreat close to restaurants, boat ramps and boat rental, hiking, beach, short drive to French Lick and Holiday World. Outback the private screened in porch, hot tub and fire pit offer space to relax and enjoy. Plus park pass.

Private parking. Neighborhood is best navigated by vehicle.
* Community quite hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.
