Four Seasons of Romar offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness room, outdoor shower, and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunrise every morning. The condo was decorated perfectly, and we loved the ice maker in the bar area. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We felt so incredibly safe with security making rounds when needed. The pier is an added bonus as our oldest is in a wheelchair, when she wanted to escape the beach she had the pier to enjoy the beautiful views. Every morning we watched dolphins, jellyfish, stingray and other wildlife swim by from the pier. The beds were so comfortable, the condo was spacious and you had a view from every room. The pool was chilly outside but the kids really didn’t care and were able to take advantage of the indoor pool which was perfect. The area is family oriented and everyone was so nice and accommodating. The costal restaurant was near by about half a mile which was nice to stroll down the beach have a meal and walk back. Great area away from the hustle and bustle. We are definitely coming back.

Love this unit and the building! Stayed here last year and was over the moon that it was available for our trip this year. Unit is spacious, modern, and clean! Pictures are EXACTLY like the unit. Pool and pier are great amenities!

This was a beautifully furnished and decorated condo. Very clean.They have everything you need in the kitchen to cook any meal. They ONLY downfall is the mattress in the bedroom off the living room/kitchen,it was so hard we couldn’t sleep in there and had to sleep in the extra bedroom without the fabulous view. Other than that it is a perfect space.

Unbelievable!

The Unit was large and beautifully decorated! The view from the balcony was stunning! The kitchen was furnished with everything that you could possibly need. It had a private pier. I would recommend this unit to anyone! Very quiet building.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This unit was a perfect fit for our family of six adults and two small children. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms allowed each family to have their own space. The location was easily accessible to all the places we visited. The private pier was a hit with our family and a nice amenity. The condo was very clean, updated, and well-stocked with supplies and kitchen utensils. We had excellent communication with the staff throughout the entire process. We definitely plan to visit this condo again in the future!

Wonderful space, location and nicely appointed.

This is the best unit we have stayed in in Orange Beach. We were pleasantly surprised that it was even more spacious than depicted online. Location was perfect! Close to shopping and attractions. The private pier was an unexpected bonus!Our group included four adults and two elementary age children. The three bedroom/three bath arrangement gave everyone the right amount of space. Master bathroom was amazing! Spacious shower and plenty of hot water. We cook-in often and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Plenty of storage, cookware and appliances. Upon our arrival we notified maintenance that the dishwasher was not in working order. Their response was immediate and while they were not able to replace it during our stay I’m confident it will be rectified in short order for future guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I have no idea how this property has positive reviews. We had no air conditioning for 2.5 days. I had to beg for a straight answer as to whether the unit would be fixed during our stay. No one would call us back. The unit has deferred maintenance and is dangerous. The glass shower door came off the track and almost fell on me. If my husband had not been there I would’ve been seriously injured. I told this to the company and no response. The toilet constantly ran. Switches don’t work and light bulbs were burned out. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau and vrbo regarding the terrible experience we experienced. Never again will I subject myself to this terrible company. The way we were treated was shameful and unacceptable.
