Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The corner condo was great; huge glass doors in every room making the views amazing. Enough comfortable furniture in living room and balcony. I will return to this condo again and again.

We absolutely loved everything about our condo! The balcony is what sold us from the pictures. It did not disappoint us. Amazing view and amazing condo! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Very large balcony, kitchen and living room. Beds were comfortable. We had to slide the beds over in the double bed room in order to shut the door. We had a few gnats in the condo (probably coming from the garbage disposal). Otherwise we were very pleased with the condo.

Great Location

This is our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. The location is great, the condo is well stocked, the communication with the property managers was excellent. Check-in and check-out was a very easy process. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area.

Quiet get away

We enjoyed our trip very much! The property was very clean. We made all our breakfast and lunches in the condo and spent each night on the wonderful balcony. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This was a beautiful condo with a great location. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and see and listen to the ocean. The Palms was an extremely clean and quiet condo complex. We will definitely be back.

Winter Get Away

The property and condo were very clean. The bedrooms have been updated and the beds were very comfortable. Although the kitchen had everything we needed, the only recommendations I would make is update the kitchen cabinets and appliances. Property manager was excellent, they responded to all our requests quickly and followed up to insure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

Family Beach Trip

Great family trip !!! Loved the location and neighborhood. Condo was lovely and just as described. Beach was clean and beautiful. Would definitely book this rental again. Property management was great. They answered any question and addressed any issue we had promptly.

Orange beach vacation

We were very impressed with this condo. It looks even better than the pictures. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is spacious and great proximity and view of the beach. Pools were nice because it rained a good bit of the time we were there. There was a couple issues but nothing major we definitely will rent again.

Beautiful property

This vacation was wonderful, so was the condo. We were beachfront, great for sunrise/sunset views. The condo is exactly as listed. We will request this unit again. Eight of us stayed in that condo and had plenty of space and privacy.

LOVE the TWO KING beds!!!

These Louisiana girls loved this condo! Perfect location, and the condo is beautifully updated.the beds were all so comfy and plenty of them! We had a very pleasant and easy booking experience, and felt very safe at this condo. My only suggestion would be to update the outdoor cushions, and add a nice table and chairs for the huge balcony. Other than that it was perfect! We will book Again!

Our Alabama get away

The property location was perfect. The condo itself was clean and comfortable but could use some updating. Holes in the carpet, some of the baking pans and the hand can opener were unusable. The 2nd bathroom only had a plastic shower curtain liner and was missing a few hooks. The sheets were very used and did not fit the bed correctly. The elevators in both buildings are being replaced. There are 2 elevators in this building and the whole 3 weeks we were there, one of them was shut down completely by Otis. During our stay, on one day only, the one elevator left operating was not working. I called the Alabama Getaway number I had and as instructed by the answering machine, left a message but I never received a return call. We walked up 9 flights of stairs to get to the condo. My husband just had knee replacement surgery so it was not that easy. We stopped on the 8th floor, which is where the elevator seemed stuck, and were able to get it operating again. Apparently, someone coming in must have jammed the door open. That happens but what was disappointing is I did not hear back from Alabama Getaway. This is not the condo owners fault but it certainly did not make me want to return to this building. Other guests were complaining of the same unreliable elevator issues. I would return to this area again though. It was a nice escape from the winter.

Thank you so much for your feedback - I am so so sorry we missed your voicemail. I went back in our system and did find it and I am not sure how we missed it. I wish you had called us back one more time or even used our 24/7 text help line to get an immediate response. We work so hard to always be there for our guests ad we are heartbroken that we fell short with you. The owners replaced all the carpeting floor the week after your departure with new LVP flooring - it is beautiful! We will immediately replace that we know about the baking pans and can opener. The shower curtain was removed before your arrival due to needing to be laundered - we do our very best to keep everything clean. Everything else in the condo has been updated and is immaculate. The elevators went down to be replaced one at a time. They did this during Feb so that minimum impact would be felt by guests - since so few people in the low density building - we did send this out in an email and it as posted. Once again, we are sorry for our shortcomings and we are glad you found other parts of the stay and condo enjoyable.

Lovely!!!

The condo looks just like the photos! The location is great! The walk to the beach is just few steps, so easy to run back to the condo.! Beds are very comfortable.! Building is a bit older but the unit has been nicely updated. Also, it appears that only 3 units were on our floor so there was less foot traffic outside the condo than I expected. We felt very comfortable for the 5 days we spent at the beach! Thank you!!!

The Palms was the perfect location! We were able to easily get to so many restaurants/stores. We loved the set up of the condo and the beach access which was well maintained. We will definitely consider staying here in the future and share our experience with others!

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and clean and in a great neighborhood. Very close to lots of things to do. We even saw dolphins one morning from the balcony!
