When we arrived they had given us the wrong code for the door. We finally got the correct one after calling the number for the host a few times and 20 minutes. If this allows you to upload photos I will. The mattress in the bedroom was literally off the bed and up against the wall. I called again they said they would get back to me. After waiting a while and very tired from traveling we put the mattress, sheets and comforter on the bed. They had still not called back. The floor was not mopped. And it is only 1.1 miles from Broadway but you cannot walk sinceIt is a very steep incline to get there and a mile in those conditions is certainly not 13 minutes as advertised. We decided to get an earlier flight home on our last day as the amount of Ubers and expense was getting ridiculous and we felt out of the area we wanted to be in which is much more inconvenient than implied. We are supposed to take out the trash and I understand that. But we the only flight we could get was at 7:30 am which meant had to leave at 5 am. The neighborhood and lighting was very intimated at that time of the day to go to the dumpster. So we left a pizza box, water bottle and a couple of napkins. I asked for a refund on part of the cleaning fee which was not honored. I have never had a bad experience with VRBO before this experience. Pay a couple of hundred dollars more per day to stay at a hotel on Broadway. The cost will be about the same and way more convenient and fun.
