Beautiful, comfortable and detailed! The entry level has the master bedroom with a king bed, flat panel TV and a patio balcony. The master shares the luxurious bathroom, which has a step in shower appointed with beautiful tile, with the second bedroom which has a queen bed. The second bedroom also comes with a flat panel TV. The upstairs cozy living area has a gas fireplace, new furnishings, electronics. The gorgeous kitchen is also on this level and is very well appointed with granite counters and a double oven. The second luxury bathroom has tub/shower combo and is located on this level as well. Above the kitchen and living area is a loft, which features a queen and a twin bed. The loft is great for both adults and children as it comes with the 4th flat panel TV in the property. The property also comes with WIFI.

BBQ - Not available due to new County Policy.

NOTE: Carnelian Woods Amenities: Hot Tubs are Typically open daily. Pool and Tennis open summer only. Amenity access never guaranteed. Please check website for availability: carnelianwoodsorg

Cozy townhouse in a great location! Able to walk to beach. Loft area great for kids. Balcony area nice. We went in spring so some amenities not available. Clean!

Great Place To Stay Over The Holiday

The location on the north shore is great to access many towns and ski resorts easily. Property managers were very prompt with any questions we had. The size of the place was perfect for our family of 8 (grandparents, two kids, and two couples).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great for our group of 6 people. The kitchen was missing hot pads for the oven and a trivet for placing hot dishes on, but otherwise was well appointed. We had an issue with frozen pipes the first night, but management promptly took care of it and compensated us accordingly.

The property unit was as advertised and as listed, mostly. And the property was in a good location for our activities. The negatives about this rental was that we had to pay a cleaning deposit of 255.00 even though we left the unit almost move in ready (I believe all they had to do was wipe down surfaces, mop & vacuum and put up new linens), also they required us to haul out the garbage bags up hill. That should have been part of the housekeeping tasks. Also there was some slight damaged items when we arrived and when I called to report it, the property manager said he knew, but people are always renting so he could not get his maintenance in to repair. Really? Because it was a window shade, front door screen, badly broken chair pieced together with glue that my family could have hurt themselves on, wobbly patio chairs, broken window crank, which comes to mind. These things could be replaced while housekeeping was cleaning or after guests early check out as we did at 8:00am. I think they could do better to make that effort.

Comfortable home in great location

We loved the location- close to restaurants, beaches, and a grocery store. The home itself was very comfortable. I would say that the listing would be more accurately described as a two-bedroom plus loft, since the loft is open to the living area and kitchen below. That was doable for our family of four though.

We had a wonderful time together as a family of 8. Grandpa, cousins and sisters! Great place to rest, relax and connect. Great location central to a lot! Recommend!

New years trip

The property was decent, however for the price we believed it should have included some other essentials such as coffee or tea, soap, etc. Also we went in the winter and in other areas they have sleds for the kids, that would have been nice. A few games would also elevate the stay.

Carnelian Bay Condo

Our stay was pleasant and the Condo was nice once we could get everything in. We had no idea and the pictures did not show that these were very tightly packed Townhomes with parking being up steep, concrete pathways. Making it very treacherous in icy slippery conditions and a big feat getting several trips done. We also thought it was 3 bedrooms, one was a large loft which was great space wise but we could everything the kids did and watched. Then we had to be quiet earlier than we would've liked when we wanted to stay up and play games because the kids could hear everything we did. Overall the communication was good and swift for the most part. Beautiful area.

Most everything about the condo and stay was wonderful with the exception of the communication between VRBO and the property management to me, once I finally got my check in instructions all was well. The place was adequate for our needs although the master bed was wildly uncomfortable and the pillows were awful it was very clean and had all the amenities. I would definitely stay again! The trick for this place is to park one lot down from where they tell you to so that you don't have to treck so far uphill with all your stuff everytime. It's a much shorter level path to the condo. If stairs are tough for you don't stay here as you will get your workout in with two long flights of stairs separating the three house levels, at that altitude it can be tough to climb so much. Still the place was well stocked exceptionally clean and had all the comforts we desired.
