Other things to note: Comfort and Climate
Like most classic Tahoe homes, this one has no central A/C. However, we keep you cool during peak summer months with a portable air conditioner and plenty of portable fans.

To ensure a smooth stay for you and our neighbors, please review the local regulations.

Occupancy Limits: Maximum 8 adults overnight

Parking: Designated Parking Area for up to 4 vehicles.

Good Neighbor Rules: No smoking, vaping, or open flames permitted anywhere inside or outside the property (HOA enforced). Our community is officially recognized as a Firewise USA community in good standing with the North Tahoe Fire Protection District. The Kingswood Village HOA actively maintains a 100-foot defensible space buffer and enforces strict fire safety regulations.

Pets: Strictly no pets allowed due to HOA rules.

Wildlife is common in the area. You may see bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other wildlife around the property. There are bear bins for your convenient trash disposal.
