Beautiful three bedroom, two full bath with a large living room, dining room, and a full kitchen (enough room for a Sunday Spaghetti dinner). Condominium includes two heated swimming pools and 8 outdoor gas grills, 5 spacious ocean view decks and two parking spots. Free access to the beach once you walk out the door. Unit is located on first floor with a handicap access ramp for walkway and 2 parking spots under a car port.

We did a 3 night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. It was a perfect sized condo for our needs. We brought my elderly parents and the accommodations were perfect with ramp to enter, close parking and one floor layout with no steps. It’s a close walk to the beach which is super convenient with kids. We had an awesome stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great. Condo was beachfront, but not this particular unit. This unit overlooks the pool, which was great. Anne was grest to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Long Weekend Family Trip

Stayed for a long weekend and we were very impressed with how well stocked it was; paper supplies, toiletries, cooking supplies, you name it. This is also a very large unit that easily accommodated our five adults and one toddler. Would definitely recommend renting here.

Loved the 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has doors and can be used as an additional bedroom if needed. Loved the pool which was right outside our door. 2 Parking spots were right outside the door. Very convenient. It was perfect for our family vacation.

I really cannot say enough about this unit. The location alone was worth the stay, you are steps from the beach. But add in the well maintained pools…always very clean…and the host, Anne, and office manager, Nikki, were so helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They both made you feel right at home for the entire vacation. The unit itself was clean and bright and filled with a lot of essentials so you could enjoy your vacation the minute you arrive. My family of 9 had plenty of room, inside and outside to relax. It is a real gem…I can’t wait to go back again!

Wonderful Beach Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The access to the beach was unbeatable, just steps away, which made it so easy and convenient, especially with kids. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions we had. It’s extremely family-friendly and comfortable for all ages. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free beach getaway!

Nationals Dance Competition in Wildwood

Perfect place right on the beach! Clean, plenty of space, and the parking was very convenient! The host was very accommodating and checked in throughout the stay. Hoping to stay again in the future!

Great place

Our unit was very clean and well stocked with just about everything you need. I was hoping to get a unit with an ocean view but we were only a few steps out the door and could see the ocean. I only wish the living room had more seating. There were 6 in our party and only a couch and 2 chairs so we had to bring a chair in from the dining room. Other than that it was great. The boardwalk was a quick drive down the street. Thank you Anne for always being so responsive to any questions I had. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great place for our beach vacation

We just returned from our stay after being there for a week and we could not have been happier with this rental. We had 7 people in total (mostly teenagers) and it was perfect. Had wonderful amenities, very clean, nice tenants and great location. The host was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and also made some recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again!

Great family vacation!

Plenty of space for our family to spread out and feel the comforts of home with only a short walk to the beach. Lots of things to do when not playing in the sand too- super close to the Boardwalk and many fun family activities. Perfect location for kids and adults. We loved the 2 pools on property also. Everything was clean and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Near Perfection

Great location. Near the beach, first floor in front of the pool and your parked car. Communication with owner was awesome. Having a closed off 1 foot deep section of the pool (about 6x6 ft) was perfect for my near 2 year old Granddaughter! Amenities provided by the owner was a big plus. Highly recommend this place

Great Stay

We have stayed at many other condos @ Summer Sands over the years. This by far has to be the best! It was immaculate, CLEANLINESS is 5 STARS, everything you could possibly need is available to you here. This was a quick getaway for us, and we did not have to pack, bedding, chairs, towels, boogie boards. Anne thought of everything for our stay. Pool, laundry room and covered parking for 2 cars are directly outside your front door. My teenagers were happy with their bedrooms, can't ask for more. it was a bit chilly on our days but because the pool is heated the kids enjoyed the pool. My son left his laptop, and Anne contacted us immediately and was kind enough to ship it so we wouldn't have drive back. We look forward to staying here again soon.

My family was very impressed with the size of the rental. One of the best features was the parking directly in front of our door under a shaded roof. The pool itself was very enjoyable. As far as amenities go, we couldn't ask for more. The place was stocked with everything needed ,.. can openers, cooking utensils,even scissors that I forgot to bring. We found the huge dining table to be a great asset as it actually brought my family closer together during dinner and lunch. There is one thing I must mention that did bother me, and I don't blame the Host for it. That is the air conditioning noise. Very hard for me too sleep until I got used to it. The only other suggestion I could make, would be to set up the TV surround sound better than it is. The TV itself is in the corner and the center speaker is on a wall to the right which makes for terrible listening. I'm not going to deduct any stores because the last things I said didn't bother the rest of my family, only me. LOL
