The Seascape - Key-West style home is the perfect setting for every Florida beach vacation experience. 3-min walk to our white sand beach - Private, sparkling clean pool located in the fully fenced backyard. Effortlessly enjoy relaxation at the beach, lounge all day by the pool, or drive 15-mins to downtown St. Augustine to explore the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites. The Seascape encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Convenience and high-end comfort for our guests are the focus at The Seascape. > -Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ Shower, Laundry Closet (Sleeps 2). -Kitchen: Full kitchen with all of the kitchen essentials for cooking + Dining table for 8, Kitchen island with 4 stools. -Living Room: Large L-Shape leather couch, Smart TV -Exterior: Front porch, Back porch w/ Dining set, Private pool. > -Master Bedroom: King bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo, Smart TV, Accent chairs (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Closet (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 3: Single bed w/ single trundle (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 4: Queen sofa bed, Accent chairs, Two balconies w/ outdoor furniture, Desk (Sleeps 2). Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo located next to master bedroom and guest bedrooms on 2nd floor. Guests have access to the entire home. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock. Located just south of St. Augustine Beach in the small community of Butler Beach - The community is quiet, easy-going, and an ideal getaway for those who want to explore St. Augustine. The beach is only a 3-min walk to Sea Oats Lane beach access. The street directly south of the home, Palmetto Road has a public boat ramp to the intracoastal waterway, which would be great to head by water to Matanzas Inlet or Downtown St. Augustine (Always be mindful of the tides). Restaurants and bars located to the north and south of the home which are easily accessible by vehicle. If the plan is to stay at the beach, you are a 3-min walk to our beautiful white sand beach. We are also an 15-min drive to downtown St. Augustine where the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites are located.

Great location/ Pet friendly

Awesome location, pet friendly which is huge for us traveling. The home is new, clean and well laid out! Pool was also nice addition along with large fenced in back yard.

First, the good points: House was clean; downstairs furniture was comfortable; plenty of sitting space for our party of 7 adults; ceiling fans and labled light switches were a plus. Not so good: poor description, 4 bedrooms, not 5, one is an upstairs living area with sofabed; hugely insufficient space to hang bath towels; no mirrors in bed-rooms; kitchen needs some type of mixing bowls and basic things like saran wrap or aluminum foil; toilet paper holder in master bath is broken; we were asked to start a load of laundry when leaving - entirely reasonable - but no laundry detergent. With a more acurate description and some easy fixes this could be a nice place.

Had a great stay for our family get together, 6 adults, two infants, a toddler and two dogs. The house and yard provided plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was roomy, nice size dining areas both inside and out, Everything was clean, but not fussy or worrisome with our wild bunch! The small pool was perfect for our three year old who has decided she is part mermaid, and it was just right for her new found skills with enough space for everyone to jump in and cool off too! Beach was a close walk, and the wagon was super helpful. We did find some rusty water coming out of the beach chairs as we packed them up quickly to get off the beach for an incoming storm, be mindful of this, it stains! And of course be cautious crossing the street! We fixed simple food and ate there most meals, but did venture out and had a great dinner at the Sunset Grille Somewhere on A1A. Check in was flawless, and Michael and Gia were responsive communicators!

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful, in spite of Tropical storm Debby trying to rain us out! The house was well appointed and served our extended family well. We especially appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for my mother who is 80 and no longer can navigate stairs. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances worked well. Yay for a great blender and pins coladas!!Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home

Location was great!! It was about 5 blocks to beach so it was a quick walk. The host had a sand wagon which helped and there was a selection of beach items. This house was FULLY stocked!! The pictures are true !! The best was the yard nice pool and plenty of space. On a side note the Host was great!!! If you are considering staying here I believe you will be happy!!

Love the Butler Beach area

The home is new and has a great layout for extended families with different age groups and allows dogs (fenced yard, too). Love the proximity to St Augustine, the beach and river. A1A is a very busy street but there is a pedestrian crossing light to help. Windswept Park is a delightful park for kids and a fun little trail/walk. The pool was serviced and everyone had fun in it. The management was very responsive when I called. All of the appliances worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

Pre-Easter vacation

House is great and newly built. Pool is great for cooling off. House is close to beach however does require crossing busy road. There were a few things missing like no corn hole boards and lounge chairs for pool. House does not include outdoor grill. That would be a great addition! On fridays pool guy comes and after it’s best to stay out 2 hours for chemicals to settle. Owners did bring us new cookware, tv remote, and batteries which was needed! Owners/managers are attentive and will do the best they can to satisfy your requests. Most beach stuff is in the garage, but next time I would bring my own umbrella or tent. Their tent isn’t working well and it gets hot at the beach!House is close to Saint Augustine and Palm Coast. We also liked the beach there!

Cockroaches

Where to start? Arrived at checkin time and it was still being cleaned. There were slices of pizza in the yard and floating in the pool. There were no beach towels or chairs. Constant traffic noise. All this could be tolerated but the ants and cockroaches in the main floor bed and bath…disgusting!

Brand new and awesome location

I was hesitant to book as there weren’t any reviews. The place was perfect for us. It sits on A1A which is busy, but not concerning. I would imagine you’d hear traffic with the windows open, but we did not. And when we were at the house… we were in the back. The location was great for us as it was less busy, but a quick drive to downtown St Augustine. The location was More residential and less touristy. The walk to the beach was easy. Although it wasn’t the busy season, we loved that it wasn’t crowded and very quiet. House is newly renovated, so everything is new and clean. Layout was great with lots of room. Loved the flooring, as it made it easier coming from the beach. Extra blankets were nice as our mornings and evenings were cool. New washer and dryer in the back bedroom was super convenient. Concerns: lack of communication. Didn’t get check in info till Late in the day of check in. I also reached out about wanting to stay another night, and asked if they have any other rentals. No response. The back yard is a nice size. Completely fenced and secure. We did not use the pool. It’s small, but would be perfect for couples and small families. There is tons of garbage in the back yard area where you see trees. Building materials, rusted cans, plastic and glass bottles. I’m not sure why that wasn’t cleaned out before renting the house. We were traveling with dogs, so it was definitely a concern. They should have cleaned it out or fenced it off. It’s a danger to children and animals. Other then those 2 issues… the place and location were perfect.
