This home is privately owned. We manage all of our own bookings which allow us greater flexibility when dealing with our guests.

NO agents are authorized to receive bookings on this Site for our Villa.

We recently had to increase our rates to help offset the cost of using online booking. Ask us how you can negotiate a lower price.

Whether youā€™re planning a family vacation or just want to get away to enjoy the famous Florida sunshine, this villa in Calabay Parc offers you the flexibility of renting a fully furnished, family friendly home just minutes away from all the activities that bring vacationers to the greater Orlando area.
Enjoy all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, stove, numerous small appliances, utensils, cookware and dishes to serve 12.
Plastic dishes are also available for serving food and beverages around the pool area.
New fridge & stove December 2015. New dishwasher January 2023.
New full sized washer and dryer January 2022;
Well stocked linen closet with plenty of towels and linens.

Enjoy viewing your favourite programs and movies (Blu ray) on the large flat screen TV in the family room or the sitting area. There are additional flat screen TVs in the 2 master bedrooms as well as the 3rd & 4th bedrooms

Our strict no-pets and no-smoking policy provide you the worry-free comfort of a spotless and allergy-free home upon your arrival.

The extended pool deck allows for all day sun or relaxing in the shade. The Villa roof extends from the building to shade the entry from the 2 master bedrooms as well as the main patio doors .

ā€¢Sleeps 8 comfortably in the 4 bedrooms.

ā€¢2 Master Suites with a private entrance to a sheltered area of the pool deck. Both Master Suites have ensuite bathrooms.

Beautiful house, great pool, hot tub, game room

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Any issues that came up were dealt with very quickly by the property manager. We used the pool and game room every day, read books, assembled puzzles, enough TVs to satisfy every family member. Convenient location to stores for any needs.

Another great vacation

This was our 2nd year at this house and as with the 1st year, we all loved it. The owners are excellent to deal with and the house is very comfortable and homey. The house is within easy access to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We definitely recommend this home for both adults and children and would rent it again ourselves. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and spent some time in the game room enjoying the foosball and basketball games. Overall a great vacation at a great house.

Great House

Just returned from our week's stay and truly enjoyed the Home. Ironically, we stayed at a rental home on the same street last year and this one is definitely an upgrade. The House is well maintained, everything works, and Joel and Rose have ensured that such items as a drying rack by the pool for wet bathing suits and extra towel hooks in the bathrooms are small items that come in handy when needed. We enjoy staying in this area as we use it as a base to go shopping in Orlando or to the beach in St. Petersburg. It is definitely a Home that we would recommend to friends and family

We enjoyed the stay everything was as listed we had an amazing time the only thing is we wished the pool was a little larger and the water in hot tob would stay at level it always dropped below the jets and we had to switch it off other than that the house was gorgeous and very accomidating for 7 of us (3 children) we will stay again

Property was nice . But when we got there countertops were gritty , bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. One of the queen bedrooms had stains on mattress cover which my wife washed and it come clean. A/C is not the best I live in florida with a 2 story house have never seen a house harder to cool than this one on top of that they dont want thermostat below 75 says it can damage A/C unit which is bull I run mine at my house At 72 and its 14 years old never damaged it I might stay here again

Very nice house!

The owners and manager are very responsive and pleasant. The house is very comfortable with just about every convenience you might want. Location is easy for all Orlando activities and close to I4 for travelling to either coast as well. While Orlando is the closest airport, Tampa is only a few minutes further away so check your airfares! I'll be visiting again!

End of Summer Vacay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room the most, as expected. While we didnā€™t stay inside too much, it was comfortable and relaxing when we did. Plenty of clean towels and sheets. Where as I originally understood the cleaning fee that was added due to our shorter stay, I donā€™t think it was warranted as we really didnā€™t make a mess and we washed our own sheets and towels as per the friendly suggestion in the manual left by management. The only thing I would say is that the bathrooms need to be cleaned better and a walk through done before guests arrive. This especially should be done in the middle bedroom and the master bedroom. We appreciated the owners being in communication with us prior to our trip and that lessened us having any questions/issues. Overall a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend for a larger family getaway. The only real downside was the distance between the airport and the Villa which we hadnā€™t calculated beforehand.

Back to school vacay

The home was spacious and the pool was great. We had some thunderstorms so while the kids could not be at times in the pool they were able to enjoy the games in the garage. Even the adults enjoyed the gameroom! Would stay again.

Pueden hacer mejor trabajo.

Se pasĆ³ bien en la propiedad en familia, es comida para hasta 8 personas, buenos espacios, buena cocina, buena piscina, buen game room, y buen estacionamiento. Los parques temĆ”ticos de Disney y universal quedan 35 a 50 minutos. La limpieza de la propiedad no estaba muy buena, en los pisos habĆ­a arena, pelos en los baƱos, moho y limo en los bordes de la baƱera del baƱo mĆ”ster, grill estaba sucio.. la comunicaciĆ³n fue pobre desde el principio, ya que se le habĆ­a preguntado a Ć©l administrador sobre algunos detalles negativos que ya habĆ­a experimentado algunos huĆ©spedes y nunca nos contestaron y aĆŗn asĆ­ hicimos la renta. Algunos mattress son viejos y el cuarto mĆ”ster no tenĆ­a cama mĆ”ster, sin dos camas twin juntas y incluso mi esposo y yo tuvimos que dormir separados ya que ambas camas se separan si alguien se duerme en el medio de ambas. Nos tratamos de comunicar con el administrador un dĆ­a antes para pedir un check out tardĆ­o pero nunca nos contestĆ³. Nos atrasamos un poco a la salida (40 minutos) y el Administrador me enviĆ³ una factura de $350 lo cual es ridiculo.

Clean and big enough for a family to stay

Overall experience was good quiet neighborhood located in 4 corners, not a gated comunity at least not In the back where the house is located. The house was very hot, due to the fact that they want the AC set on maximum 76.. unbearable especially for 2 people with asthma and allergies. We had to purchase standing fans that we took home with us. There was no fans in the bedrooms only the master bedroom that wasn't slept in. The master bed was not good as a matter of fact my husband and I slept in the twin beds or on the couchs. It is an old school king bed (2 twin mattress on top of a king boxspring) the mattress separated when you moved around. The pool and hot tub are great. Plenty of chairs and lounges to sit on around the pool.. It had a few condiments in the fridge and closet that helped out alot, glad I took toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags with us because there was only 1 of each at the house. The area has way to much traffic, it took forever to get around.

June stay!

We absolutely loved the house! We had a wonderful time, there was plenty of room for our family, the only things that made me not give a five star was, for one the description never said you had to pay to heat the hot tub. It was an extra $20 a day, and the so called King size bed was 2XL twin beds put together. Also, they donā€™t provide extra toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. Those are the little things that moms think of, the last thing was the game room is in the garage and it is sooo hot in there that we didnā€™t ever get to use the game room at all! Other than that the place was wonderful, the owners and property manager were every responsive,

A Family Gathering

Our family visited Orlando for the first time in 2011 and we fell in love with the area. We hope to eventually make this our annual winter destination. Growing up in Canada, we were incredibly appreciative of the winter weather in Florida.

The floor plan of the Villa allows quick easy access to all areas of the house.
This villa itself is conveniently located minutes away from the Interstate 4 and US I92 on U27. This prime location offers quick easy access to all the World famous Disney attractions including all the major theme parks.
Golfers will be delighted with the proximity of over 30 of the best golf courses in the area including a 5 minute drive to the top rated Southern Dunes golf course.
Shoppers will have easy access to premium shopping outlets, flea markets, and Orlando's largest mall.
If Orlando shopping doesn't suit you, LakeLand is a short drive down the Interstate.
Feeling a little more adventurous? Kennedy Space Centre, LegoLand and Busch Gardens are all less than an hour drive.
Sports fans can enjoy watching the Orlando Majic or venture down to Tampa Bay to watch the Devil Rays or the Lightening.
