El lugar es hermoso y privado. Los vecinos son amables y la casa es como en las fotos. Las habitaciones son grande y comodas ademas la limpiesa es impecable . La cosina tiene de todo lo que necesitas , platos, vasos y utencilios. Los banos son amplios y muy limpios. En el area de la picina es acojedor ademas que siempre el agua estuvo caliente por la altas temperatura que nunca bajaron de 91° en nuestra estadia. Para sorpresa una manana pudimos ver los hotair globe pasar serquita.

Great Stay

First time everyone said they would come stay at this house rental again! Everyone loved the pool & pool area, how clean the house was and the layout of this home. This home is in a gated community that is kept up well. Can’t wait for the next visit!

Would rent it again

My husband and I along with our two daughters, one son-in-law and baby grandson had a wonderful week in this home. We came to the Orlando area to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our grandson’s 1st birthday. We spent one day at the Magic Kingdom but the remaining 5 days we just hung out at the house. The Pros: We swam, played board games and cards that were in the home, and took advantage of the gaming room with the pool, air hockey and fuse ball tables. The seating indoor and out was very adequate for our number. We did not chose to have the pool heated and even with some rainy days the pool was still very nice to be in. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils other than a grill pan we could have wanted. Beds and bedrooms were nice and fairly comfy. Bathrooms and showers were good with plenty of towels. Plenty of drawer and closet space if you wanted to fully unpack. There was a baby pack-n-play that we could have used if needed though we did not open it up. The Cons: The pool was dirty with gnats and other bugs and though the in house rules book said there was a skimmer, we never found one and purchased one to use and left it behind. It was still good to swim in and the water was crystal clear. A couple of the Teflon pans in the kitchen could be replaced due to scratching on the surfaces. No flaking but definitely scratched up. Having a baby crawl around on the floor I felt it was not cleaned well. I swept up stuff from the perimeter of the living room and under the edge of the couches and kitchen floors. There is a small square rug in the living room that needed to be vacuumed a little better as well as the bedroom floors that were all carpet. The vacuum in the house did not seem to have very good suction so the floors may have been vacuumed to vacuum but they did not look as though they had been. The lanai was lovely though it had some food crumbs on the carpet and on the pool deck, that we swept up. There was not a wet mop so I sprayed cleaner and used paper towels to get up some food splatter on the floors inside and out. Again, I was concerned about the baby and this took me maybe an hour to tidy up a bit. All in all it was a lovely house and pool and we will definitely rent it again. It was a wonderful week.

Too short a stay

The home is as advertised. We were quite happy there. Lots of room and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. We had to cut the stay short because the Canadian Government was urging all Canadians to return to the country. So, we only stayed for three days. Our favourite spot was the lanai and pool. There are a lot of fun things for kids and this would make a great family vacation home. We could not reach anyone by phone to discuss our early departure and nobody responded to my emails. The only thing negative I could say is there is an expectation to put soiled towels in the washing machine upon departure but no detergent left. We did have our own so it wasn’t an issue. We left behind any tabs we had not used. Overall, we would have loved to have stayed the full week and we would definitely stay again. 😊

Great villa

Great villa in a good location. Three main bedrooms which is unusual in a four bedroom villa in the area but suited us perfectly. Villa was well equipped. Just booking for a return visit later in the year.

Birthday Trip

The house was beautiful everything looked exactly like the pictures! Only issue I had was that I wasn't able to use the hot tub at all for my entire stay. I communicated several times to the maintenance people and they came out and said they fixed the problem but it still didn’t work for us. Other than that , it was amazing and I would definitely stay again!

Great Home

Home was great, Fred was great and helped out and would recommend him and his irganisation evolve vacation rentals But what did you do for your money? Any questions you didnt answer You gave a contact phone number in the USA prior to leaving the Uk and didnt answer simple emailed questions, about villa, keys etc

Even better than the pictures!

A beautiful home in a beautiful area with everything you need. In perfect distance to the parks an the Airport. Everything that you see in the pictures in the add is correct. The house was clean and the pool was fantastic. I recommend that you have the pool heated. We did and enjoyed it every day in our three week vacation. Plenty of space for grownups and kids. We just love the home and will try to come back ASP!

West Haven review

Amazing property as advertised. Only concern was the prepaid heating of the pool was not activated. We could not use the jacuzzi until the second day. Steve was prompt and handled the problem immediately. Otherwise the kids enjoyed the house and we would definitely recommend it.

This property was perfect for our vacation! It was a vacation of a lifetime and my kids would probably say the pool was their favorite part! The property was clean and well set up for what we needed. The only downfalls would be the lack of supplies. We were provided only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we were staying for 10 days. We were not provided trash bags and no salt/pepper in the kitchen. I have always been provided these basics at a VRBO/HomeAway property. Other than these things our stay was perfect!

Excellent Property

Stayed at this property from Feb 28 to Mar 16th. There were 4 adults and 3 children and more than enough space for all of us. The children never left the pool and hot tub. Beautiful property well maintained spotless clean it and excellent location. Beautiful weather and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. This is one place that in real life looks just like the pictures illustrate, I have been to locations where the actual property does mot live up to expectations from the pictures online, this place exceeded our expectations. There were a couple of minor problems but they were quickly resolved by Fred, the caretaker. We would definitely come back.

Good location

Liked the property and location. Easy to get to either coast. Unfortunately due to weather we didn't get to use the pool even though we had it heated. Definitely could use a few more basics: more toilet paper and spices (traveling by plane doesn't afford one the opportunity to bring all those things and don't want to purchase it all just to throw away. Most vrbo to avoid hotels and eating out every meal). Also, having the games in the garage was good, we had to "fix" the fuse ball table as all the same team color was on one side and that is not how it should be set up. Only one pool cue works as the tip is gone on the other, so a little updating there would be good. Again, great location, easy access to many things. Would stay here again if in area.

Awesome vacation home in a great neighbourhood !

We absolutely loved our stay in Davenport. The house was extremely clean and well decorated. Lots of dishes , pots and everything else we would need for preparation of meals. Fred is the manager of the home and he was extremely responsive. Dave is the pool technician (wants to be referred to as handsome Dave) and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The pool and hottub were amazing and dining outside with a tv was a great luxury. Our grandchildren loved the games room. Will definitely be returning !!!!

Good location and nice quiet neighborhood

We had two families who came to Orlando to watch our daughters march at magic kingdom and universal. This was much better than staying in a hotel. House was stocked well. We enjoyed fixing our own meals and relaxing after long days at the parks. Neighborhood was nice and close to grocery store and interstate. We would stay here again.

Wonderful!

Love, love this house. Very well maintained and there was a lot of attention to detail when decorating this house. Fred was excellent and always a phone call away. Will definitely try to rent this house again.
