Located in beautiful Harbor Village in the exclusive Eagle Bend neighborhood, our home is minutes from downtown Bigfork’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Enjoy the beauty of any of Montana’s four seasons and you will truly understand why this is called the “Treasure State!” From skiing, dogsledding, and hiking in the winter to boating, fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking, golf, and so much more, endless activities, entertainment, and enjoyment await you when you stay at our beautiful home on Flathead Lake’s superior north side. Our newly renovated townhome overlooks Eagle Bend’s marina and offers stunning views from front and back. Our property features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an outdoor elevator for those not fond of walking stairs! Inside please note we do have carpeted (14) stairs and no indoor elevator. We are a quick walk to the fully equipped Montana Athletic Club (MAC) and Schaefer’s restaurant featuring upscale seasonal cuisine. Drive to downtown Bigfork to enjoy a variety of dining options, peruse the many stores, and check out the Bigfork Playhouse for theatre offerings in the summer and winter. If you visit Bigfork in the winter, don’t miss downtown’s transformation into a magical Christmas village! We are conveniently 30 minutes from Kalispell’s Glacier Airport and 40 minutes from downtown Whitefish and Big Mountain, and 45 min from Glacier National Park Apgar Visitor’s Center Entrance. Please inquire for stays shorter than 30 days.

Closet Space- Ample Closet Space and Drawers in Both Bedrooms
Guest Access: Guests to be provided a code for keyless entry. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked closets for supplies.
HOUSE RULES: * Minimum age requirement for the responsible Guest is 28. *Photo ID required prior to Check-In * $2000 Deposit required at booking * 5 TOTAL overnight Guests Maximum Occupancy * PETS are NOT permitted. Violation of our pet policy and failure to disclose animals causes total loss of payments, deposit and stay * Events / parties are NOT permitted. Violation of this policy causes total loss of payments, deposit and stay. * NO bicycles, scooters or wheels permitted inside the residence * Smoking of anything inside the home is prohibited. * $200 bi-monthly cleaning for stays of 30 days or longer with supply replenishing * Respectful noise levels between 10pm - 8am * A GARAGE is not part of the rental *There is no mailbox associated with our home- if you need something delivered, USPS and UPS (Amazon pickup center) are minutes away * PLEASE respect our home and community, and protect your stay and deposit.
