Newly updated in 2025! This beautiful one bedroom Montana Vacation Rental Condo is located in the heart of Bigfork Village. Situated on 250 feet of Swan River frontage, this is an incredible one-of-a-kind location. One block to fabulous restaurants, the Playhouse Theater and shopping. This is an active and lively location in the downtown area of Bigfork and features open-air bars and restaurants with music on summer nights. It is two blocks to the public dock on Flathead Lake. The Swan River Nature Trail begins 2 blocks from the condo and the rushing water of the Swan River is right off the rear deck.

Newly updated in 2025! Located in the Osborn Landing 20-unit 2-story residential/professional office condominium complex, this cozy condo features modern decor with a rustic twist, leather couch and KING platform bed, hand-hewn beams, barnwood walls, wood floors with forced-air heat and air conditioning. Nicely tiled shower and bathroom. The 400 square foot space is designed for 2 guests, and has a fully equipped kitchen and bath. The condo has everything you could need including pots, pans, dishes, wine opener, gas bbq, microwave, range, refrigerator drawers with ice maker, towels, bedding, books, games, etc. There is free WIFI, wireless speaker, and a Smart tv ready for you to log into your own Netflix or other streaming services. Easy ground floor access and handicap parking. The large deck opens right out to the rushing Swan River for summer enjoyment.

We have free wireless internet access. (No Phone, but cell phone service is available)

The setting is beautiful! The room is cozy and very comfortable (my husband wants to know the brand of mattress, he said it’s the best sleep he has had in years). The town is as charming as they come!

It was exactly what I wanted, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The location was great, I was able to walk over to any shop or the cafe which was super convenient.

Just perfect. Check in/out couldn't be simpler. Condo is well appointed with everything you need, including bear spray. Perfect for two people with a place for all your things. Coffee and breakfast on the deck while watching the wildlife was a great way to begin the day. We had a minor issue with a door and communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Easy walk to bakeries, coffee, restaurants/bars, parks and the Bigfork Playhouse. We'll definitely be back.

Peaceful Setting

Our stay was fabulous. We spent time on the deck listening to the river and reading. If there was noise outside, we didn't hear it. The location is within walking distance to the town with interesting shops, restaurants, and a beautiful theater. We caught the Monday market and music, which we thoroughly enjoyed, plus a play. If you need groceries, you'll need to drive to town. The apartment is well equiped with an automatic ice maker (Yay! With the heat, we really needed it!), French Press and local coffee! Thank you for allowing us to use your place in the mountains!

Lovely Little Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. Although not huge it certainly has everything you could ever need. Well stocked and very clean. Lovely view of the river. Only downside was the local music playing later into the night.

Downtown gem

Private, secure location with outdoor deck over looking the Swan River. Super convenient walk to any park of Downtown Bigfork. Functional floor plan that's perfect for two people. Great kitchen, living area, comfortable bedroom and updated full bath. Pictures are exactly what you get.

Great place

Great little condo! We really enjoyed our stay. Bigfork is a beautiful town with plenty to do. I must say the parking was a bit of a hassle, Bigfork is a very busy town with extremely limited parking. With that being said we really enjoyed our stay.

My group was shocked at how convientely located we were while also having amazing views. The space was small but perfect for a small amount. It was very private and cozy!

Fabulous Stay One Again

This was our second stay in this wonderful condo in Big Fork. The hosts are absolutely fantastic and have provided everything you need in this river-front condo. We will definitely be back again as we have already made plans for the River Run and hopefully the Big Fork Brew Fest.

Bigfork is a special place to us and we have been there many times. We first stayed in this condo ten years ago, loved it then and still feel the same. Great physical setting, well-maintained and nicely furnished studio apartment with first class amenities. Owner/manager efficient and helpful.

Great Location!

The condo was incredible and had everything we needed for our ten-day stay. I enjoyed grilling on the oversized deck while listening to the sounds of the river—walking distance to beautiful restaurants and shops. The check-in process was super easy. The owners were extremely helpful with any questions I had.

Love Bigfork and the property was lovely!

The noise from the upstairs tenants and from the bar were much louder than expected. Also was not told ahead of time that the washer in the unit is inoperable. And perhaps the check in should say “lockbox on the wall before you get to the gate”. We thought the lockbox was next to the gate, but by the time you get to the gate the lockbox is several feet behind you.
