Welcome to your vacation home! This is a spacious 5 bedroom air conditioned house with 3 full bathrooms. Located in the highly sought after South Gulf Cove community of Port Charlotte. Just minutes to beaches, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, and entertainment!

This welcoming home with a 2 car garage sits on a quiet lot. One of the first things you notice is the brand new updated landscaping with an array of palm trees. The back of the house features a large screened in lanai with heated pool (optional with an additional charge) and covered outdoor living area.

The 3016 square foot interior layout is very open, airy, and practical with vaulted ceilings and loads of natural light. The cozy living room features two large slider doors that allows you to open up and enjoy the outside while inside. There is a TV in the living room, lanai, master bedroom, and upstairs bunkroom. All TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks or are smart TVs to login to your apps to enjoy your favorite shows.

Kitchen is complete with everything needed, including dinner ware, pots, pans, utensils, knives, kids dinning ware etc. The small appliances include, coffee maker, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, mixer, and griddle. In-kitchen pantry. Bright LED lighting.

The primary master suite provides a ton of comfort as a home away from home. The beautifully crafted bedroom set includes a king size bed, 1 dresser and 2 night stands with bed lamps. Large walk-in closet with lots of provided hangers. There is a workspace which includes a desk and a chair if you need to work while away. Walk out patio door in master bedroom opens up to the lanai and pool deck. The master bath is large enough for a spa, and includes soaker tub, large glass/tile-wrapped shower, and his/hers sinks.

The other four bedrooms are separated by the common areas from the master suite. All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The 3 bedrooms on the main level all have queen size beds. Great for children or grandchildren. The upper level has a spacious bunkroom with a beautiful view, a twin over full bunkbed, 2 twin beds, a pull out couch, a dresser, and an attached full size bathroom.

A full bathroom is in the same wing as the three bedrooms and has a convenient walk-thru door directly to the pool deck. This works great for quick access to the facilities for the kids in the pool, however, the main entrance to the pool is the patio doors from the common area.

The outdoor living space, the great location, the open layout, and the 5 bedrooms are the primary reasons we fell in love with this home. The outdoor area is what really separates this place from almost all others. The large screened in outdoor living space is like being at a mini-resort. This area features a beautiful heated pool, sun deck, outdoor living room, outdoor patio table set and a TV. The pool has a waterfall feature for ambience to entertain or relax to the tranquil sound. The large covered lanai has 2 ceilings fans to keep you cool while you enjoy the outdoors. Back yard is very private and tropical. Surrounded by a beautiful mature wall of Christmas palms and Areca palms! Truly our favorite area of the house. This outdoor area is where we spend a great deal of our time.

This location is superb. We are away from the crazy hustle and bustle of most of southwest Florida but yet very close to beaches, dining, entertainment, shopping, parks, and trails. Our favorite beaches are only about 15-20 minutes away, Boca, Englewood, and Manasota. If we are looking for a quiet beach day we head over to Boca Grande Beach for the sugar sand and stunning teal water. When we are looking to go hunt for shark teeth and grabbing a meal at the beach we scoot over to Englewood beach. Easy commute to Siesta Key, Nokomis, Venice, or so many other stunning beaches. We offer, free of charge, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach cart, beach towels, toys, etc. available for your use during your stay. Publix, Home Depot, gas stations, and several restaurants, are all within 5 miles. Dollar General is only a few blocks away and uber convenient to drop in for last second necessities.

If you love to golf, you are in luck! There are dozens of golf courses within minutes of our home, even including night time golfing under the lights at The Cove (5 minutes away). Two complete sets of golf clubs are available for your use, free of charge.

If shopping is your jam, head to Port Charlotte and/or North Port to find just about any store you can name. We are also surrounded by restaurants galore. A few of our favorites (all within 15 minutes) are The Twisted Fork, The Sand Bar, and TT'sTiki Bar.
