Rehoboth Beach-Steps to Beach Boardwlk & Town

Great location 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. You can park your car for the week and walk everywhere (save gas). Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely furnished, central air condition. Nice backyard with chairs, table and grill. Large screen LCD TV's in the family room and one each of the three bedrooms). Stereo, nice screened front porch, Florida room, two fireplaces (that you won't need, but they make the house cozy), and more.... High speed internet – just bring your laptop. Front loading washer dryer. The location is absolutely wonderful, and the house is clean and well-maintained. The following are the approximate nightly rates and do not include other fees such as the security deposit, cleaning and VRBO fees.
I rent weekly Saturday to Saturday; Rental costs depend on the season. There is a $400 security deposit included in payments to be returned after rental without damage. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
The rates charged for the high season are lower than competition for the area and amenities. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

The location is great—an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house itself is spacious and has everything you’d need for a week. It’s a ranch which can be helpful if stairs aren’t your thing. Not so small that we didn’t have space and not so big that we could be out of earshot of the kids. Kay is a great host as well!

Had a great stay in Rehoboth Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, the location was great - short walking distance to the beach and Rehoboth Boulevard, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood for that good nights sleep. Our host was incredibly accommodating.

Great property, plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, enclosed front porch, backyard with picnic table. We locked our bicycles to the tree in the backyard. Great location for walking everywhere.

We come for a week each year, and this was our second stay at Kay's house. It's our favorite spot! Location is perfect. There's plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed, and so nice to have off-street parking for two cars.

Nice Beach House

Our second year staying at this property. Nice spot, well equipped, clean and comfortable house. Great back yard and outdoor shower. Can't wait until next year! Owners are terrific folks!

Amazing house and amazing location

My friends and I loved staying at this property for this past week. The house had everything we needed. We all loved using the outdoor shower and we curled up each night in the TV room to watch movies together. There is an extensive amount of shared space in this house. The dinning room and living room offered great communal space for eating and hanging out. The backyard has a grill and a sitting area that we utilized each day. The central AC worked really well. There was a tone of parking in the driveway and on the street using the parking passes provided. I would love to stay here again. Walking distance to Rehoboth Ave, the beach, and a tone of great restaurants! The host was a good communicator and left us with detailed instructions. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials!

Hidden gem

We loved the quiet location. The kids loved that there was some space outside to unwind that wasn't the beach. We were able to walk to the park with our kids and go to the farmer's market. Great meals are just a walk away. We had the best time here and can't wait until next year!

A lovely house in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to all the amenities Rehoboth has to offer. We had a brief power outage due to a storm and the owner was responsive helping us get it restored

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I had a such a wonderful stay at this home. Kay was so lovely and accomodating, and the home was exactly as described, but the pictures really didn’t do it justice, it has such a warm, cozy, cottage-like feel. There was plenty of space for my family to not feel right on top of each other, a family room, living room and a sun room in the front. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping and the dining table was large enough for us to have dinner and play games at. There is an outdoor shower, which was great to use when returning from the beach. The home is only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Rehobeth Ave. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Rehoboth Beach!

Great location and friendly host!

The house was in the perfect location to walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. It was only a 4 minute drive to the more "secluded" beach as well. Kay was friendly and helpful and very responsive! The house even had 2 parking passes so you didnt have to pay for street parking or lot parking near the beaches -- such an added bonus! The house was clean and had everything you needed. We will consider staying here again if we return to Rehoboth!

Great value, location - especially for families. Quiet street just 10 minute walk from the beach. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Everything you need for a great week at the beach and a very responsive host. We’re already looking at which week we will return next year!

Relaxing stay

Great location to many beaches in the area, Rehoboth beach, Gordon’s pond beach and short drive to Lewes beaches and fishing! House is comfy and clean with lots of space. Can’t beat the outdoor shower after day at the beach. If you’re there on a Tuesday don’t miss the farmers market at the nearby park.

Great place to spend quality time with our teenage boy and his friends

The house was the perfect size for 2 parents and 3 teenage boys. It's in a leafy neighborhood close to the beach. We also discovered a quaint cluster of restaurants and shops nearby along Baltimore Ave between 2nd and 1st Streets. The owner makes everything convenient for guests, e.g., easy to access keys, 2 Rehoboth parking permits in addition to two parking spots in the driveway, service that deals with trash and recycling, and cleaners who take care of cleaning at the end of the stay. We hope to go back next year!

Quiet neighborhood, 10-15-minute walk to beach, close to everything! Leave the car home!

Property was perfect for a beach getaway. The owner was most attentive to detail when we first arrived with a few questions. There were lots of fabulous flat-screen t.v.'s all over the house. House was nice and cool when we arrived home from the beach and very quiet at night, so no noise from the neighbors. Price is most reasonable for lodging.

Summer beach week

We had four adults and two teenagers for the week. Three bedrooms with a Queen & twin in each. Two bathrooms one with an entrance from two of the bedrooms. Three gathering spaces, nice big table. Walkable to everywhere, 15-20 minutes to Funland. Two parking permits included. Room for two cars. Quiet street. All in all a very nice and convenient place. Nicely maintained & clean.
