Our beach house allows you to have all the amenities of a home at the beach! With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a outdoor shower, screened in front porch and back yard that allows access to Silver Lake, it’s a great location for fun and relaxation. Located 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (about 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride). Enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer within walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue which offers lots of shopping and amazing food options. Or with a short drive you can enjoy the tax-free outlets, golf, mini-golf and the famous Jungle Jim’s Waterpark!

The Space

Relax in our open concept family room with cable TV/smart TV and wireless internet. Glass patio doors lead to our huge screened in porch, where you can sit back and relax or enjoy a nice family meal. Our eat in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, pots, pans. There are 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds (a king in master bedroom #1, a king in bedroom #2, and 3 doubles in bedroom #3). There are 2 full bathrooms.

Our home has a rear deck leading to park property and Silver Lake, and to an unfinished basement with a washer & dryer and a large outdoor shower. The basement also stores plenty of beach chairs/toys/umbrella for your use. And for those who enjoy an outdoor adventure, our home also offers 2 kayaks & life jackets for use in Silver Lake.

We have everything you need for a great beach vacation!!!

We also provide 2 parking passes for non-metered parking. All spaces in our block are non-metered.
