The bnb was very clean, there were a couple dead bugs here and there but they mentioned pest control was coming so we kind of expected there to be. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and had easy access to the beach. Only downsides were the people upstairs were extremely loud at all times, and parking was kind of tricky given our spot was in the middle of two other people. I would definitely book another stay.

Coastal properties can have occasional insects; this property is on a regular pest control program and was treated around your stay. We're sorry about the noise from the upstairs unit and the tight parking space — we know both can affect a stay. We encourage guests to report disturbances during their visit so we can address them promptly, and we appreciate your feedback and will use it when assessing possible improvements. First of all Bryant Real Estate is Great. Smooth as silk check in and excellent communication. The property was very clean, and very efficient for the stay. All of the linens and housewares you would need for a week long stay. The reason for the 3 star rating is, the Owners of the condo below were there, there were Three of Them, and they smoked and coughed on the deck below NON STOP. Not just a cigarette now and then or three times per day but Truly-6am until 9pm-the only break we received was if and when they went out for dinner/3 times in 5 days. Complaints were made to Bryant but they do not manage this property so all they could do was call the HOA and let them know. It is advertised and is supposed to be a non-smoking complex. But I suppose the owners can do as they wish. I would and probably will use Bryant Real Estate again. However we will NEVER stay in this unit again, due to the possibility that the owners of the unit below may be on site.

Fantastic location for a weekend getaway with the kids. Great beach view great location relative to downtown Carolina Beach and restaurants if you don't mind a little driving and parking. Everything that impacted us about the reservation was great, some elements of the unit were a little dated, but functioning. The biggest issue we had were allowed upstairs neighbors. If you're going to rent here, I would highly recommend the uppermost unit. We were on the second floor and listen to a party until about four in the morning.

Very nice weekend getaway.

The property was great, very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space. We absolutely loved it. We would definitely book this property again in the future.

Beach trip

We really enjoyed the room and the convenience to the beach. It was very close to the boardwalk where there was so much to do with the little ones.

Nice Stay

A colleague and I were in town for a work conference. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the view and relaxing on the deck with an ocean view. Parking was a bit tight under the home and in the back space, but we managed fine. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect beach getaway! We loved that the beach was just walking steps from the door and it was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The property was clean and as described. The only thing that was somewhat troublesome was the parking as we got parked in on the day we were leaving. Other than that, our family had a great stay!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and had beautiful ocean views! Kitchen appliances and couch could use an update but didn’t bother us too much. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony!

Quick beach get away

It was a quick get away. Great views and cute place. Only downfall would be that the upstair guests sounded like elephants walking around at all hours of the night and very early morning.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The master bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing the condo needs is a broom😏

Family Vacation

We loved our stay, we spent every day at the beach, convenient walk to and from the beach. The home was clean, beautiful view of the ocean and the beach, just as described. The kitchen was pretty stocked, we had brought some extras thinking we might need them but ended up not using them! Very satisfied!

Enjoyable

Loved it was on the beach. Has two decks. One facing the water the other facing the street. Really liked that. Clean and in a great area.

Carolina Beach

We had an amazing pre-season stay! Ocean views for days. The condo was immaculate and I think we were the first tenants that benefitted from some off season upgrades. Five stars all around. :)

Beach Trip

I loved it . Very nice people to rent from. Shower curtain fill and they was right there to fix it. Great ocean front views. Easy to get to the beach. Easy to get around town, very close to the boardwalk. Great food all around. As far as price it was well worth what it cost me for a week. We eat in a lot it was so nice to come from beach and make our food and eat. But it was nice to eat out too. Over all great place to go. The beach was nice and clean there.

Perfect trip

We had a great time. I don’t understand why you can’t leave a parking pass in the condo though instead of going by the office. Other than that it was perfect.
