Villa ValdicHiana is an old country residence, skillfully restored and transformed into an exclusive private retreat. A 4-acre park, with Italian style garden and olive trees, surrounds the property. All original features have been maintained; brick floors, stone windows and doorways, chestnut beams and brick ceiling have been reconstructed using all original materials. Period furnishing and rich fabrics, along with acute attention to detail, enhance the elegant and exclusive atmosphere of this home. The villa can accommodate 18 to 24 guests with it's nine ensuite bedrooms. Six single beds can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

Antique furniture and priceless materials are used in the interior design, and the refined atmosphere is enhanced by the attention to detail and antique items. There are two pools for swimming. In addition to a sauna and hydrotherapy area, the indoor pool is heated. A Roman staircase leads to the 12-by-6-meter outdoor pool, which is surrounded by gardens and is fenced. The pool is 1.20 to 2.00 metres deep. You can unwind in the gazebo's shade while taking in the stunning view. Another benefit of the villa is its verandah, which has sliding glass windows that allow air conditioning to be used even on the hottest evenings.

The period furnishings perfectly matche with the original materials and the rich fabrics create a uniquely romantic and elegant atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, mini-bar, internet connection. There is a fully-equipped professional kitchen and a spacious living room, dining room and laundry room.

Situated in the center of Valdichiana, close to Arezzo and Cortona, Villa Valdiciana offers the possibility to quickly reach the main historical and artistic sites of Florence, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano, Assisi, and Gubbio. Chef, Wine tasting, Golfing and horseback riding can be arranged for in advance.
