Staycation Oasis SPA/pool 10 mins from NOS Center

Welcome to our listing. We hope to have the opportunity to host you. We invite you to read over the general rules to our home before booking and if you have any questions please let us know.
Please be advised that check in time is at 4pm and check out time is 10am UNLESS ANYTHING IS APPROVED BY HOST.
The space
NO EVENTS/PARTIES- entire deposit will be charged if there are more than 8 people entering the property and the EVENT/PARTY will be broken up by the police. Having additional guest after the limit (8) will lead to removal of all guest without refund.

This PROPERTY is in a duplex. This is the main unit 3bed/2 bath and entire backyard is private for the guests who book this unit. The other unit is a studio and is private for anyone who books it. When booking we will send a video with instructions showing exactly everything.

Parking: The main unit is reserved to have the driveway parking for up to TWO Vehicles. Small unit only uses street parking.


- Pool is NOT heated
- Pool Maintenance guy stops by once a week during the day
- Gardener stops by once a week during the day


Parking is available on the property ( about 2 spaces on the property) any additional cars should be parked on the street. If you park on the street make sure to check signs for street sweeping days.

This home has a Full Kitchen:
-Refrigerator (does not have water or ice maker, Please bring a few ice bags for your stay).

-Sink
-Microwave
-Coffee Pot
-Cooking Ware
-Plates
-Cups
& Utensils. We provide towels to shower & WIFI.

Guests Love the proximity to major freeways. ( 210, 215 , 15 , 10 )

-There is 3 security cameras on the exterior of the property.

- Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

- Smoking outside only( preferred in the backyard)

Pets are allowed with an extra fee.

Guest access
You'll have 100% Privacy inside this Home. It is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will send you the Code and No need to Meet in Person.

We are available by Text/Call or the Airbnb App at all times for any questions you might have.
Other things to note
You agree that you are booking in good faith with your Host and that you will not engage in any efforts that could have the potential effect of damaging your Host’s reputation or business because you are discontent with or opposed to a decision rendered by the Host or Airbnb through any dispute resolution process, including, but not limited to, the Airbnb Dispute Resolution process. There are 4 security cameras that will be ON at all times. The cameras will record once motion is detected. The 4 cameras on the property for safety and security purposes only. Camera 1 is located at front door's doorbell.
Camera #2 is located in the backyard near the corner of the roof, viewing the pool area, camera #3 is located on the side of the house, near the roof area and views the area near the trash cans and side gate, Camera #4 is on the inside of the Garage which has no guest access. I
