All that’s left to do before you pack your bags is find the perfect place to stay to compliment all your travel plans, and that’s where Casa Del Lago shines bright!
The Space:
This 4-story home immerses you within a pine-lined community on the lake’s northeast shore. Soon, you’ll be soaking up the views and plentiful sunshine from the home’s upper deck, sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a meal al fresco surrounded by loved ones. The lower shaded deck is the perfect spot to get lost in the pages of a good book, while a bubbling hot tub beckons you to soak your tired muscles after long days filled with excitement.
When you’re ready to explore the greater area, set out on a scenic hike or backpacking trip, or take a leisurely tour on a riverboat. Lake Arrowhead Village, less than 10 minutes away, is historic and diverse, offering a mix of dozens of waterfront shops, stores, and restaurants. In the winter months, you’ll be in close proximity to skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, snow tubing, and virtually every other snow-themed activity you can think of.
Indoors, relaxation is high on the menu, where inviting spaces are accented by soaring vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light streaming in through the large picture windows. Enjoy catching up with one another while gathered on the sofa in the living room, the wood-burning fireplace providing a cozy ambiance in the cooler months. Catch a quiet afternoon nap or keep up with episodes of all your stream-ready shows in the family room, equipped with sectional sofa and smart TV. Back in the main living and dining space, the stylish kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and ample cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a casual bite up at the counter seated on high-top stools for 6 or gather a crew around the dining table for a more formal feel.
This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a loft, and queen size sleeper sofas in the living room and family room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, and deck access.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, twin trundle, and a ceiling fan.
The loft includes a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and 2 dedicated workspaces.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 3 full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower, the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the third with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
• You must be 25 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 25 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• There is a gate at the entrance that gives access to the long driveway.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located over the front door and actively monitoring the driveway and front entrance. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
• All requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
• Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby mountain resorts with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking and scenic hiking in the summer. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is a half-hour away with trails for every level and the only chairlift sledding area in Southern California. Just minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction. For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and will cost $230.
