Thanksgiving getaway

We celebrate thanksgiving every year in a VRBO. This year our rental was terrific! This spacious home will go down as one of our best. It was clean and equipped with every modern convenience we needed. The pool and spa were a great bonus and we spent many hours using them.

Great House!

This house exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed. The pool and spa were great and the assistant property manager, Dominic, did a great job of explaining how to use them. The location is also perfect and the rooms were spacious.

Road trip to Palm Springs

Very nice accommodations. Family was pleasantly surprised. Location was great for a night out for dinner. Weather was a bit unpredictable/ unsettling… My suggestion would be to have a wine bottle opener in the wine bar.

Great Christmas Vacation

Little Tuscany Retreat was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. Room enough for our 6 adults and relaxing as well with the heated pool and hot tub. Villa was large and each family group had enough space. It is close to town with easy access to everything. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Little Tuscany Retreat.

This Little Tuscany Retreat was truly that - a beautiful retreat in the welcoming vibrant city of Palm Springs. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. And, the orange and lemon trees in the backyard were a special treat!! We juiced them every morning for breakfast. Coming from cold northern Minnesota, this was indeed a very special bonus in the middle of February! Also, the view from the veranda of the mountains that were literally out the front door, added to the splendor of our stay. Dominic, the property manager, offered easy check in and answered any questions we had very promptly! We highly recommend this beautiful, well-appointed home!
The amazing view from the back yard!

Great new place to stay in Palm Springs in very quiet neighborhood

First and foremost, the neighborhood is incredibly quiet on a dead end Street. It’s very close to a great breakfast place and walkable distance to downtown if you’re looking for a little bit of exercise. Very spacious home with amazing pool and hot tub Kitchen is very well outfitted for all your cooking needs while you stay here. Lots of towels! Had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and professionally! Having a host that is very responsive is a treasure! My mother absolutely loved the master suite. You could pretty much just live in there and nowhere else! The properties is amazing. An established home with a very well curated and cared for garden makes this a jewel over any brand new property or build on VRBO/airbnb. There is even a few oranges and lemons left for us in the trees! The view! It’s Nesseled at the base of the mountain, and the view of it is amazing. At night, you can actually watch the tram going up and down a portion of the mountain with its little light glowing on top! The size of this home would be perfect for a great long or extended stay as the closets were humongous and every bedroom. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and if they ever wanted to sell/ give me the property or a free vacation, I will absolutely stay there!

Amazing Palm Springs Getaway!

I don’t usually write reviews but this one deserves it! We spent my mom’s 70th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! The place is very spacious (bigger than we expected it would be) and easily accommodates a group of people, as well as doggies as the property is enclosed. Tall ceilings and skylights added to the spaciousness. It was very nicely decorated and stylish, very warm and artsy with good lighting! We needed some support in turning on the jacuzzi and Dominic the house manager responded promptly and was helpful, friendly, and efficient! The motor for the pool and jacuzzi cannot be on at the same time so you need to go through the steps that they outline for you. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with a beautiful backdrop of the mountain range. We decided to heat the pool (I recommend doing this) and it was a very comfortable temperature! Also close to the main drag so you can easily hop in the car to go to the shops. There is also a hike within walking distance “Alluvial Fan Trail” (no dogs allowed so we didn’t end up going). We were a little behind checking out (thank you for your patience Dominic!). This place really made our trip special, worth every penny. Thanks again!

Pontos positivos: Check-in e localização
Pontos negativos: Limpeza
The home itself was comfortable and the host was responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we found a live cockroach inside the property, which was disappointing and impacted our experience. When we reported it, the host explained that the home is in a rural desert area and receives regular pest-control treatment. We understand that desert environments can present challenges, but in our many years of visiting Palm Springs and staying in vacation rentals throughout the area, this was the first time we’ve encountered a cockroach inside a property. Future guests should be aware that this may be a possibility.Overall, the property had positives, but the pest issue affected our stay enough that we cannot give it a higher rating.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you encountered a cockroach during your stay. Our home is located in the Southern California desert, where summer temperatures regularly exceed 115°F. Unfortunately, desert insects can occasionally find their way indoors despite preventative measures. We have a licensed pest control company that services the property every month, and there has never been any indication of an infestation. Following your departure, the home was inspected and treated again as a precaution. During the post-checkout inspection, we also found dirty dishes with food left overs on kitchen counters and dining table and trash that had not been placed in trash bins outside. these conditions can attract insects much more quickly, even in a well-maintained home with regular pest control service. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable home for all of our guests and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances for future travelers.
