This home is absolutely wonderful! Very quiet and private. Plenty of room for a large family or couples. Outside was great with BBQ and beautiful pool. Lots of pool chairs and floats. We are already looking at booking it again.

Such a perfect getaway! The pool was incredible and offered stunning views of the nearby mountains. Very nice neighborhood to walk around and admire the architecture of the homes.

Beautiful mid-century decor, meticulously clean, excellent location, and well situated for 2 adults and a college-aged kid. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day! We loved the (new?) lounge chairs and outdoor setup. Easy zip into downtown PS or over to Indian Canyons for a hike. Great house!

Beautiful home. Gross pool wasn’t cleaned the week before. A pool vendor needed to come to clean out the algae that had contaminated the entire pool. We asked to be refunded for that night’s stay due to the loss of our pool party for my wife’s 50th birthday. After 7.5 hours on the phone with VRBO, the host, property manager and owner, they denied our request saying that they fixed it during our stay. They did fix it on our final day. Beautiful home, dirty pool, horrible customer service.

Perfect house for group

We all loved our stay at Palm Breeze. We had plenty of room and bedrooms were especially comfortable. Even though it was hottest temps on record, the indoors of house was a calming oasis to escape heat. The kitchen was well stocked for all our meals and cocktail needs.

Well maintained property

The property was well maintained and clean. We had a small problem which took two calls to Acme to take care of, but was handled to our satisfaction. Cold, but the pool was heated.

Very nice but not quite worth the price

This property is nice enough but just not quite worth the price. The interior of the house is very nicely remodeled with new furnishings and everything was fully functional. Although three of the bedrooms are very spacious and private, one bedroom feels like it was probably carved out of the living/dining room area and not private at all. The indoor dining area feels cramped, even with only four people. The kitchen was not stocked with any staples and the cookware somewhat inadequate, depending on what and how much you want to cook. The grill is brand-new and very nice. The grass was brown and dead when we arrived and this gave the outdoor areas a shabby and somewhat depressing appearance. The pool and backyard get a lot of shade, although this might be a plus in the summer. The views are not outstanding. The pool was smaller than we expected a bit dated--and not saltwater. The neighborhood is great and very peaceful. The house was spotless when we arrived and the rental agency very responsive. I would rent again with this agency but not this specific property.

Thank you for your feedback. As always we always strive for our guests to have a great experience and create memories. The property is stocked with basic salt, pepper, some spices, and a coffee kit for all of the guests. However we limit what we provide due to Covid. During the months of October and November the grass is reseeded for winter grass in the Palm Springs area as a whole. We appreciate your feedback on the kitchen inventory, we will evaluate the property to ensure items are available for future guests. Thank you again for booking with us and your feedback.

Great Spot

My wife, daughter and another couple stayed here this past weekend and loved this place. It was clean, the neighborhood is scenic, it’s close to groceries, the pool was just big enough and the amenities were all good. We basically laid by the pool and cooked for 4 days and this place facilitated that to a tee. Only two tiny things to be aware of - as other reviewers have mentioned, the 4th bedroom off the living room doesn’t offer much privacy and felt like it was wedged into the house. Also, we could never figure out how to get the hot tub jets working properly. They appeared to be on a timer that we could never find or troubleshoot. But honestly, this house was awesome and I plan on coming back.

Palm Breeze was more than a breeze and then some !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palm Breeze was the second home I stayed at through Acme. We always love coming to the desert and have been for years. Not only was I a fan of the house, we just loved the Twin Palm neighborhood to boot. Feels like you're back in time, hanging with the Brat Pack. We had Henry Mancini playing softly in the background the whole stay. The house was beautiful, clean and the beds were dreamy. I slept like a baby all week long. Something about the desert energy? This house is perfect for a family, or a friend get-together, either way, we are coming back next month. When booking ask Renee who is the best. She is honest and knows exactly what you and your family need. She is an expert in the area as well. The only fault I could find was the house wasn't fully equipped with essentials like paper towels and cleaning supplies. However it only took one phone call, and the management was on it. Have told my friends about this company and they have booked with Acme as well. Very happy with ACME

Gorgeous Mid Century retreat.

What a wonderful escape. Since we can’t go out because of Covid this house offered a perfect staycation with our kids. The house was our destination and had everything we need to feel as if we got away. Amazing neighborhood too. Strolled the neighborhood everyday. Cant wait to go back.
