Fun cottage in a fantastic Gulf Shores location! Close to the beach!

Colorful cottage in Gulf Shores with freshly updated interior and exterior. Nestled between Little Lagoon and the beach. 10th Street Public Beach access point with crosswalk, boardwalk, and shower is an easy walk - a little over a block away (0.3 mile. Property comfortably accommodates 4 guests - 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is a spacious, open living area, kitchen, and dining table. Kitchen equipped with appliances and basic cookware. The covered porch is ideal for relaxing on the porch swing and getting a glimpse of the lagoon across the street. West Lagoon Ave provides easy access to several restaurants and a paved multiuse pedestrian path. Popular tourist spots, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc. are only minutes away.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WIFI, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch with swing, and washer/dryer.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

POLICIES

* NO Smoking.
* NO pets/animals.
* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)
* A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.
* Rates are subject to change up until time of booking.

This was a great place to stay for our family of four. The location was right by and beach and the inlet. The A/C was super strong, and the shower had great pressure. The kitchen was also stocked with great cookware. The only bad thing was that the beds had sharp hidden corners, and we hit our shins on them a lot, so watch out for that if you go!

Everything was very clean. The kitchen didn't have a tea pitcher. That was the only thing we were expecting it to have, that it didnt.

This precious pink house was perfect for me and my husband.The house was very clean,and the location was perfect.We enjoyed walking to the beach and riding bikes.We will definitely be back.

Nice, quiet location. No loud neighbors to listen to through the night, and the water pressure is excellent! We liked the ground level laundry room because it provided a secure, locked place for us to store our bikes when we weren't using them. Cottage is walking distance from the beaches. Front porch swing is very relaxing, although the weather didn't cooperate with us and we weren't able to spend much time on it. Description says it will sleep 4, but with the one bath 4 people will be a little cramped. It was great for a couple, though.

Pink cottage

Very cozy and quiet place for the two of us, yet still near amenities.Would have been nice to have more dishwasher tabs, dish soap or more plates, cups, etc so we didnt have to run dishwasher as much. If it was available mext year we would rent again....

Last Minute Score

Booked last minute as an overflow of a large group. Recommend for those who don’t mind stairs as located on 2nd floor (laundry room on the 1st). Bedrooms small but not of concern - perfect for us! Clean, quiet, conveniently located.with well stocked kitchen.

TV service was terrible!!

First i had trouble unlocking doors. Next outta 3 tvs. 1 wored fine after we finally got into the service. 1 didnt work at all and the tv in the livingroom, could not get it off of antenna only. Talked with owners and was told i just didnt know to work a smart tv. Bring your own garbage bags and toitoilet.paper bc you only get 1 of each.

Cute Gulf Shores Cottage

Upon arriving, we were smitten by the cute little cottage and all of the decor. The felt in the bedrooms were comfortable, except that we kept stubbing our toe on the frame of the bed, which was pretty painful. I sleep with earplugs so I didn’t notice how loud the refrigerator was running, but it certainly kept my husband awake at times.. we were hoping that maybe there was more linens for changing our bed and for showering. More hangers or storage for clothing. The tub plug doesn’t work. Unfortunately, I was unable to take a nice hot bath on some of those chilling nights. The only drawback is a huge condo building right behind the home that shines its lights 24/7 making it hard to get the bedrooms dark at night. I would suggest providing some blackout curtains. We really enjoyed the golf Shores. The place is super cute. If all these things were corrected, it would actually be perfect.
