Wonderful trip here! Walking across the road to the beach access or turning left can take some time so be prepared. Loved the place and private beach access!

This is not what I expected with the good reviews . The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and shower were very clean. There was dust on the ceiling fans , specks of dust on some of the furniture, and the toilet paper handle was ripped out of the wall in the bathroom. The beach access code would not work . I emailed Avari several times and they were great getting back to me but they kept giving me the current code and then our condo access code for the beach access code. Several guest at Seabreeze could not get in with the code given to the beach. I finally had to get the code from a guest staying at a different condo .

The condo was perfect. We are a family of 5 and it fit us very well. The condo comes nicely supplied with everything you will need. We cooked breakfast in the morning and found we had all the kitchen supplies and utensils we needed. We usually went out for lunch and dinner and were able to microwave leftovers. The AC blows cold and the beds were comfy and we all slept well. Lastly the condo is located next to all the main attractions and that is nice when you are a tourist.

The condo was super clean and they provided easy access to the beach just across the street. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again!
