Really nice home. Perfect for our family. Mom spent all her time on the huge front porch. Kids spent a ton of time on the nice enclosed back porch. Beds were good. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of books to enjoy. Location was very walkable to the beach. Would def stay here again. Thank you!

Highly recommend! I rent properties through VRBO regularly, and this is by far a favorite. It is a beautifully designed home with ample space, the pool is just the right size with sun and shade offered at each point in the day, and the location is just where you want to be for your beach vacation. I felt as if we had been invited into someone’s home in terms of what was available to use in the kitchen - you’ll feel right at home if you want to bake, cook, or grill! The home provided a truly special vacation for my family and I’ll forever cherish the memories. Such a treat to stay here!

Wonderful home in East Beach

The house is fantastic, was super clean and had everything we needed. Tons of space, the back porch is a perfect spot to be when it rains, lots of bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this property!! It was great for my husband and I, our adult children (8 adults including us) and 4 babies ages 3 and under. Very well appointed house lacking nothing and very clean, comfortable beds, great pool and porch areas. Loved everything about it! Did have an issue with the freezer and the company responded quickly (honestly it is just very tricky to close well- we learned;-) Would go back in a heartbeat while we can still fit in this house !!

Incredible Modern Beach Cottage

We move been coming to the same stretch if cottages along East Beach for years and Astin’s Cottage was the best yet. Modern decor, space for the entire family, 5 minute walk to the Ocean’s edge and a backyard oasis to relax. We hope to be able to come back again soon!

Beautiful home in great location

The home was beautiful, the pool was perfect, location to the beach was an easy walk, the neighborhood nice and shaddy for taking walks, it was a short drives to all the best restaurants on the island. Our only negative was that the dryer stopped functioning on our third day there and the management company was anable to fix it promptly. So we were unable to clean the towels and clothing for our toddler.
