Book your summer rental with Bennett at the Beach! (We also rent off-season) Welcome to 205 E. Bennett Ave., Wildwood - 4 BR - 2 Full Baths rental. Sleeps 11 people (7 adults + 4 children). 2 Blocks to Beach & Boardwalk - conveniently located across from Miniature Golf, Ice Cream and close to many restaurants (walking distance to Mud Hen Brewing Co.)
Driveway parking for 2 cars. Lots of open indoor/outdoor space. Newly furnished, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer.

LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. You can rent linens and towels from local companies -- we can provide you with a recommendation if you are interested (approx. cost for linens for this house for the week rental is $175 for the week)

Sleeping situation: 4 bedrooms on the second floor -- Queen bed, Queen bed, Double bed, 2 twin size bunk-beds. Pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room.

Other things to note: Families only.
Graduation, senior week, bachelor, bachelorette or parties are NOT permitted.

***You are renting a single family home; however, it is part of a condominium/HOA. The 2 car driveway and front porch are solely yours to enjoy, but behind the home -- spaces are shared with occupants of the 3 unit apartment complex in the back (i.e. outside shower, picnic tables, and grills).

    Great for families! Very clean and decorated so cute. Plenty of space, nice big kitchen for cooking meals. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Kathleen was a very welcoming host! Perfect family getaway!

    Our trip to Wildwood was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and in a great location. We easily walked to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. The owners were super responsive whenever we had a question. We would definitely rent again.

    The house is beautiful, spacious and well kept. Our family was very comfortable there and the location is great and walk-able to various attractions. We were able to utilize the driveway for our three cars. We will definitely revisit this home. The Landlord was reachable and pleasant answering any and all questions.

    Great Stay in Wildwood

    Overall the house was very clean and short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was a good amount of room for 2 families. Bedrooms were slightly smaller than I expected but we didn’t plan to spend a lot of time in rooms. Communication was amazing by the homeowner!

    Amazing

    We absolutely loved this house. Great inside and out! Outside shower was a game changer. The host was wonderful and was so easy to communicate with. The location of the house and vicinity to everything you need is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend

    Nice and clean and walking distance to the beach

    Kathleen was very responsive and accommodating, we went to wildwood for a family getaway on July 4th and had a great time. The house was clean and it was a short walk to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for

    Family 4th of July trip

    The house was very spacious and clean, within walking distance to everything. We parked our cars in the driveway and didn’t have to move them until it was time for us to go home. Sleeping accommodations were perfect, comfortable beds, having two bathrooms with showers was great! The kitchen is fully stocked which made life so easy! We’d come back and refer friends for sure!

    Great vacation

    We had a great week! The house was beautiful and well supplied with all you could need. Kitchen was big and roomy. Good walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Had only one issue with the padlock on the front door but only a small inconvenience. I took off one star for cleanliness because on arrival there was garbage in front yard , wrappers in one of the bunk beds and sand in the shower. Otherwise it was a great rental at the beach!

    Great house and perfect location!

    Location is absolutely perfect. The house was clean and well kept. Everything is close by and convenient. Amenities & accommodations are exactly as advertised, with the beach 2 blocks away, the boardwalk activities less than a mile walk from the house and many eating options within walking distance. Really quiet area, peaceful and relaxing, a lovely place and a lovely vacation! We all loved it! The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

    Highly recommend

    Very pleased with this property. We were in town for the Barefoot Country Music Festival and this was a great location. Close enough to walk but far away enough to not be in the middle of the madness. 2 block walk to the boardwalk and beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. The house was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this rental!

    Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! So close to the beach, boards, convention center, shops, ice cream and mini golf! The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. The house was clean and comfortably accommodated our large family. Outdoor shower and space out back were convenient after our beach days. Porch out front was relaxing for coffee in the AM and drinks later in the day! We will definitely be renting again!

    The hand towels weren’t clean when we got there. I think the cleaners put the hand towels in with the floor mats when they wash them and then they don’t get very clean. The fridge was also smeared on the outside which didn’t look clean.

    Check-in was easy, the kitchen is big and was stocked with enough basics to maintain our stay of a long weekend. The dining room area is open to the living room and was cozy for our nine adults and one baby. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Both bathrooms had toilet paper supplied. The outdoor shower was sweet. We fit three cars alongside the house, which was nice since they live on a metered street. Duffers (Diner, ice cream & mini golf) was across the street. The beach was two blocks away as advertised. Sitting on the front porch was perfect. Kathleen & Tyler keep their property well maintained and clean. Instructions easy to read were posted in the kitchen. Our family loved it there and would absolutely book again.

    Off season beach getaway

    We had the best stay at this property! We were a group of 6 adults, 3 kids, and a newborn. Everything was extremely clean, the house was great for socializing downstairs, and the bedrooms were quite roomy! It was also really nice to have bathrooms with showers up and downstairs. The beach was a super quick walk away. Kathleen, the owner, was available for any questions we had (like can we park in the driveway? The answer is yes :) ) She was also full of great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be staying here again!

    Perfection in Wildwood!

    We stayed here for a quick getaway with our blended family of 6. There was plenty of space for everyone! We especially enjoyed hanging out on the beautiful front porch while the kids played outside! The house was immaculate and had everything we could want or need- it was fully stocked and the beds were super comfy as well!! We loved the proximity to the beach and to Duffers (for ice cream and mini golf and and arcade)! We also were able to walk to MudHen Brewery and all of the rides and games as well! Kathleen was super responsive and has truly thought of every detail. We miss 205 E. Bennett already but are grateful for the memories that were made :)
