Come enjoy a dream vacation, where you have a private beach as part of your
property, a large deck with Amazing sunsets overlooking the bay, wake up to the sun rising over the nature preserve, walk on the large sand bar next to the house, enjoy the
kitchen with wall of sliders overlooking the water, gaze at the sky during the star filled
evenings, enjoy the sounds of the waves flowing under the house, stay with your entire family in this updated five bedroom home.

Stay at the home the entire time or venture out to one of the local wineries, cape may zoo, take a horse and carriage ride in the middle of cape may, visit Wildwood, Avalon and/or Stone harbor which are just minutes away.

You can shop at the local fresh fish store, Matthews or you can fish and crab right off your deck. Enjoy one of the unique restaurants located in Cape May Courthouse or choose one of the restaurants to deliver and eat bayside right at your private deck.

Feel like cooking? You will love the brand new kitchen with amazing views or the grill on the deck overlooking the water. Stay on your private beach all day or use the beach swings to enjoy the space. Walk the beach and search for the famous "Cape May Diamonds" or amazing shells.

This home is a private nature retreat. Birds, turtles and horseshoe crabs all live in this beautiful location. Please take note that fly's also like the beach.

Please note:
This home is located on the bay. The home is lifted and the water does go under the home. During the high tide the private beach of the home will be water, then it recedes again for a large beach area. There is also a public beach a few feet away and another beach area on the northern end of the street. The public beach a few feet away always has a beach even when our private beach is experiencing high tide.

There is a 30" range with two ovens. One oven is a regular sized oven and the second is 30" wide but not as deep. The second smaller oven is great for reheating food. Our home does not have a microwave. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. (One of these bedrooms is on the main floor, one of these bedrooms is one step down from the main floor in its own detached suite).

Family vacation

We loved the deck surrounded by the bay and the morning sunrises and evening sunsets are absolutely amazing. The table on the deck became a focal point for our family dinners and game nights to enjoy the sound of the bay.

Lovely property. Wish more inside space to gather. Nice separate space for our senior parents. Deck was the best spent a lot of time there. Grill very hard to clean needs a cover. Washer and dryer great.Needs a microwave. A/c worked great. Wish it was a full week. House near other places to visit. An enjoyable experience.Bunk beds or twin beds teenagers would like better.

Great stay!

The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed seeing the turtles, dolphins in the mornings, beautiful sunsets in the evenings and cape may diamonds. Bring bug spay for the flies.

Family trip

We had a wonderful time. The house is roomy and with the additional quarters separate from the main house it made it so we all had privacy. There were 10 of us and it was very comfortable. You don’t have to leave once you’re there. The house is stocked with a great kitchen and all the essentials. There’s a big beautiful deck with plenty of seating and a grill. Fishing right off the deck was a favorite for the grandchildren. We were able to paddle board and kayak right from the private beach. We had the best view of gorgeous sunsets. Some hooks in a couple of the bathrooms would’ve been helpful, there wasnt a place to put towels after showering. Thanks to our host for being quick to answer questions and good communication.

Beautiful bay front residence with breathtaking sunsets!

My friends and I loved everything about this rental! The property owner was great to work with and the property and location are TOP notch! If you are visiting in May, be on the lookout for the horseshoe crabs, and enjoy all of the natural beauty the property has to offer!

This was our first Jersey shore beach house rental in a quiet location and I must say it was fantastic. Still a very close drive to public hopping Wildwood beaches and boardwalk for the grands to get their fill of activities. The house was clean and contemporary. Very comfy beds and had a nice overall ambiance. The deck is awesome, large and easily to accommodated all 9 of us.The horseshoe crabs were pretty cool to see up close. The kids were fascinated by them. This location is a nature lovers paradise. Also, wanted to make sure people do visit Matthews Seafood Market for dinner. We did a take out and it was minutes away and was sooo very fresh and delicious. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your place!

Peaceful holiday gathering spot

My family rented the house for our Thanksgiving getaway, and the house provided a peaceful, private place with plenty of room for cooking, eating, and resting. The house’s unique position on stilts over the tide is stunning and ideal if you like to listen to the surf. The neighborhood is small and secluded which was great for dog walks.

Stunning views

This was such a peaceful location, surrounded by nature and true seaside dwelling neighbors. Sunrise views over the seagrass from one side of the house and sunset views from the deck over the water. So tranquil and beautiful.

Great location

Great location even in the rain and a stunning sunset. The only item of concern was the water filtration system on well water which left a salt scum on items in the dishwasher

Beautiful place literally on top of the water

We had seven adults and two children workout just fine in this beautiful open home with the house and a huge deck built on pier literally above the water during high tide. During low tide, there’s a beautiful private beach. Accommodations had everything we needed with the exception that a microwave and garbage disposal would have been handy. Communication with the owner was great. She was very accommodating and we would come back.

Sunsets and sunshine

This house was beautiful! It was nicely decorated, accommodating and all of the information listed was spot on. Our group of friends gathered here for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time, enjoying the beautiful deck right over the water! All of the deck furniture allowed for lots of outdoor seating and a perfect gathering area! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Beautiful sunsets

3 families with kids ranging from 7 - 16. We all had an amazing time. The view was breathtaking and we all wanted to rush “home” every evening to catch the sunset. The house had evening we needed and was clean. Already looking into booking it again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Literally on the water

The house is in the most unique and amazing spot! It's perfect if you like to be on the water and get away from it all! Jenn was a great host who responded quickly to any questions or issues. We saw beautiful sunsets, fireworks and lightning storms over the water! The only thing that would have made it better for us, is if it had an outdoor shower. We would love to go back someday!

Positively Perfect

The house is beautiful and spacious enough for family, friends and teens. Comfy beds, with plenty of pillows and towels. The deck space is incredible and perfect for morning coffee, meals, and evening chats watching the tide come in or the sunset over the bay. Jen is an amazing host. Kind, thoughtful, and thorough in answering the numerous questions we had ahead of our stay and quick to respond to questions we had while there. The private beach is great and public beach is just a few steps away. The neighbors are friendly too. A positively perfect spot for amazing memories.

Relaxing over the bay

The house was great for our family of 10. Updated bedrooms and bathrooms were accommodating. Ample kitchen with all the amenities except a microwave. We loved the deck!!! We ate all lunches and dinners out there. We really should of brought some bug repellent tho. The only thing we were a little disappointed was the bbq grill. We would of love an open fire grill instead of flat top griddle . Our fault for not ready the description. And the bathroom…the shower in the outside suite really needs updating. The area is beautiful!!! We love nature and this area did not disappoint. Your neighbor next door in the yellow house was very nice and even gave us some history of the area . Lovely house, relaxing , peaceful and beautiful. We all were pleased . Thank you , Mira and family

Tranquil and Unforgettable Beach Vacation

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. My family consists of myself, my husband, our two daughters (20 months and 3 years old), my mother and my brother. We had an unforgettable and wonderful time. The house is a perfect location if you really want to unwind and enjoy your time and the people you are with. We only went to dinner twice and the zoo one day. We stayed at the house for the majority of the trip. The kitchen/dining area and the deck was perfect for meals and hanging out/relaxing. Stargazing, at night on the deck, was a favorite of mine and I even saw a shooting star. During the day we would be down on the private beach enjoying the sun. Our girls had a perfect spot for exploring and building sand castles. The Greenhead horse flies were a nuisance from time to time but just bring bug spray. The house is on a dead end street with a beach continuing so it was very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors and their dog Fred were such nice people and enjoyed showing the girls the fish and crabs they would catch. I think I speak for my entire family when I say we highly recommend this property and would love to go back one day soon.

Cape May Gem

Our stay at this Cape May vacation home was nothing short of magical. It was the perfect setting for our family getaway, providing enough space and comfort for all (my husband, myself, our 3 adult children and significant others, our pup, and mother-in-law & father-in-law). Upon arrival, the house was spotless, and the open floor plan for the living area and kitchen made it easy, serving as a make-shift workspace for those who had to work part of the vacation and to also spend time together. The second floor had three cozy bedrooms, two of which had private bathrooms, making our stay even more comfortable. The bedroom on the main floor was great too, with a convenient bathroom just down the hall. And the washer and dryer were lifesavers for our stay. The separate bedroom suite just steps away from the main house was a fantastic bonus. It offered a bit of extra privacy for my in-laws who were traveling with us and quiet in case they did not want to stay up late with us. I can not say enough about the property owners - they were super responsive and always ready to help with any questions we had. This trip was especially meaningful for our family because it was likely the grandparents' last family vacation with us due to their physical limitations. The property was a little slice of heaven, allowing us to be together without feeling crowded. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family vacation. It's truly a gem in Cape May.

Family vacation weekend

beautiful views of bay, amazing deck, nice kitchen, bed and bath decor. all updated appliances. Our large group met their tp celebrate our mom's 90th bday. Ages were 16-90. we all could hear the water lapping under the house as its up on stilts and the tide comes right up. its really cool! The grill is actually a griddle (like what diners and fast food places use to make burgers. it worked out fine for us once we realized that covering the food kept the heat in. there is no hood so the heat couldn't get trapped in there. We used the deck for fishing, hanging out, grilling, reading, etc. we caught 2 rays, a sand shark and a couple of horseshoes crabs (it was horseshoe crab mating season so they were everywhere). We loved walking down the quiet road the house is on and seeing brand new baby terrapin hatchlings crossing from beach to the dunes. Cool getty at end of road and a bird sanctuary beach 2 houses down. ( public cant access that certain times of the year). because the house is on the bay its definitely not in the touristy busy part of Cape May but lots of little mom and pop places for stores, restaurants and ice cream within 10 mins drive. you can easily tell the folks who moved out onto this road did so long ago to be away from crowds so while some folks
