Perfect location, just as described

Loved this Ketchum stay. Perfect location. Walkable to River Run and downtown. Lots of space for everyone, great bedding, and great kitchen for a few home-cooked meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

A few dads and daughters came up to Sun Valley for a weekend of skiing. The condo was was in a great location and everything was perfect!

Excellent location. Garage is amazing. Amenities like the hot tub and pool are great. Only slight downside is that all the beds are super high. We had to put one of the mattresses on the floor of the loft so my 87-year-old 5 foot tall mom could get in and out. Good to flex the problem solving skills! We loved our stay. Great rental.

Wonderful accommodations

This was the second time we've stayed in this condo. It's perfect for a large group with plenty of room to stretch out. The location was great for both stays, one in October just to hang out in Ketchum and the other in December to ski. Very close to downtown and the ski resort. We'll be back!

A great spot to ski and walk to downtown!

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls ski trip. The condo was perfect and very accommodating - the hot tub and washer and dryer was a key addition! We were able to make great dinners and breakfast with all the cookware available in the house. We walked to the ski lift or took the bus if our legs were sore. After skiing it was an easy walk into town for apres, dinner or to shopping. I can't wait to come back!

Sun Valley Spring Break at Harriman Townhome #5

Alpine Lodging made our stay very pleasant. Their registration and key drop off process was seamless and they were accessible the one time I had to call them for a toilet issue. They sent a technician out right away and fixed the problem. The townhome is centrally located- is walking distance to the River Run Lodge and an easy walk to downtown Ketchum. Plenty of space for two adults and four teenagers and a large kitchen table for meal gatherings and game playing. Beds were comfortable. My only negative remark about the townhome is that the sofa in the LR is outdated and stained.

So great!

It was so clean and so beautiful and so comfortable! I can’t say enough things about this home. I chose it for the location to the bike trail and chair lifts, as our family loves to ride bikes. The nearby pool was a huge bonus that our teens still enjoy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked in Harriman Townhome #5 for 6 nights in December 2023 for a ski trip with 4 me in their 60s. The unit was very comfortable, good beds and linens, well equipped kitchen, and over-all nicely decorated. The wi-fi is good couches and chairs are laid out well for hanging out. The location cannot be beat for proximity to the lift and walking to town. We will Definity be back to rent this unit.

Nice condo near river run

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels. The condo was very clean. Living room is a bit narrow and there are no views of baldy but furniture was comfortable in an oversized for the space way. There was no heat in the master bedroom so our option was either sleep with a gas fire on and eventually feel overheated or freeze.Also, it is VERY SPARSELY PROVISIONED. There was plenty of toilet paper but otherwise, for 9 people for a week there were tiny little shampoos and soaps, 2 rolls of paper towels. There was almost nothing in the kitchen- very few spices, an empty bottle of olive oil. We had to buy everything we needed to cook. There are many games upstairs but they are all mixed up and many pieces are missing- i would recommend getting more games and books for the place. The few games and puzzles in the main living room were in decent shape although we had to hunt for dice. There are also no pens or pencils in the place which kept coming up! The garage was great to have and store skis in. The hot tub and pool were nice and warm. The location is close to river run base but definitely a drive for skiers.

Great location to town and baldy mountain. Please note that the pool and hot tub are shared with the best western next door and we didn’t end up using. Very spacious townhouse

Great for our Family Reunion

Had other family members nearby and this was the place we all big enough to host them all for dinner for two nights. Stayed one extra night after the fam left to enjoy some private time with my GF. The fireplace in the Bedroom/Bath was awesome and so romantic - she LOVED it. Huge cathedral ceilings. Plenty of dishes, glassware, spices, and supplies. Had a GREAT TIME!Only con: Had to figure out how to light the gas fireplaces myself - no instructions.

The location couldnt be beat as we could walk to the Gondalas and River as well as to downtown Ketchum. The unit was stocked so well with anything you could think of. Exceeded All Expectations! Best group house and location for skiing

Family group of 7, 2 adults with 5 teens. House was the perfect layout for us with the large loft for teen hangouts. The heated pool and hot tub less than 50 ft from front door became a nightly treat. We cooked in all meals and had everything we needed. Ordered Wise Guy Pizza one night and definitely would recommend. Can walk to River Run Gondola, it’s half mile just through parking lot outside the driveway. We all loved every minute and house is worth it!!!

Awesome location

I will note that the beds are not comfortable. When they say King mattress the have pushed two twins together and added a large foam topper. You sink in the middle. The bunk on top is also following apart. We did not feel safe putting anyone on the top bunk. ThanksMatt
