Great location!

Perfect location close to Warm Springs base - short walk. Plenty of room for family of 5. Living area seating has been updated from what photos show and allows for seating for everyone. Lots of natural light. Kitchen had everything we needed. Basic, functional place to stay at a great price.

A lovely condo close to the Warm Springs lift

My wife and I and daughter and son-in-law had a lovely week in the condo. The kitchen was spacious and provisioned well. The living room and dining alcove off the kitchen made for relaxing spots after a hard day of skiing. The beds were comfortable and the linens plentiful. We recommend this condo highly for any family or group of 4-6 who come to Sun Valley to ski and want to be close to the slopes.

Best Service Ever

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Prospector in Warm Springs . Unit immaculate and when pipes froze service came right out.I had some things delivered and the Alpine office held them for us. Very kind!

Nice prop

Good location to overall town and quiet. Close to creek. Would be ice to get call or email from prop manager on check in procedures. Also VM at alpine lodging took 4 times to hear lockbox passcode to get key.

Thank you for staying with Alpine Lodging. All check in and check out info is on the contract which you did sign, so all the info you were requesting was on that paperwork and we do have an on call person which can give out lock box code info if need be since it was hard to understand.. We will look into that message.

Great Ski Weekend

Overall, this property is phenomenal. We were able to walk right to Baldy mountain, and easily take the free bus into town for Apres ski. The beds were very comfortable, and each room having a bathroom was perfection. Place gets lots of light, has tons of charm, and the fireplace was an added bonus. With six people, the showers did run out of hot water, pretty quickly. And the hot tub closest to us was ice cold, but the other hot tubs were warm. Just a bit of a walk in the freezing cold to get to them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo that was very conveniently located near the Warm Springs lifts. Easy walking distance. Condo was certainly nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable though. Like sleeping on a rock. Didn't get a good night sleep the entire time we were there. Also, the property hot tub right next to us that was bragged about didn't work. If you don't mind EXTRA FIRM mattresses and you don't mind walking 100 yards to the nearest hot tub that works, this property is great.

Convenient and Comfortable

Property is very convenient to skiing. We had six sleep comfortably - with the three bathrooms making preparation for day and night simple. Recommended for anyone looking for convenience and comfort at an affordable price.

"Walk to lifts"

Overall good. It's .34 miles to the Warm Springs Challenger lift so that's a bit of a push in ski boots. However, there is a parking lot near the lifts that seems to be under used . That makes it much more convenient.

Summer vacation

Great location for outdoor activities as well as restaurants and grocery. Very clean. Lots of space to spread out when we were there. None of the hot tubs were working while we were there.

Sun Valley Ski

The Prospector 171 was a great jumping-off point for our various adventures in the Ketchum area. Couldn't be more convenient for skiing the resort, and was close to town for getting out to the north or south. The condo itself is a little dated, but totally clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and great common spaces for relaxing with friends and enjoying meals. The hot tub around the corner was a bonus!

Great location- close to Warm Springs

Perfect spot for the 6 of us. I like that each room and loft have their own bathroom. Walk to lift was quick and easy even in ski boots!

Great Location!

there were some issues around Hot Tub Access It had been locked for maintenance even though it worked. By the third the day it was opened.

Excellent location

Location is excellent. Property is old and outdated. Cheap furnishings. Old heating. Very creaky floors. Small tv’s. Needs an update! Only positive is the location.

Great location.

The location of the house is great, walking distance from the warm springs lifts. The house itself is excellent; really comfy beds and linens, furniture is in great shape. My only complain is that it does not have a washing machine inside the apartment.There are washing machines in the complex but are coin operated.

Perfect location and great size for group

The property is super clean and well stocked. It had plenty of room, stayed nice and cool and was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there. We were disappointed, however, that we were told the pools were closed yet we saw many people going in and out and using them. Aside from that, the condo is great!

Everything we needed, except a nice TV. They are not expensive these days, and an upgrade is in order. Jim is great.
