Cozy Ground Floor Condo at the Base of Warm Springs Lifts in Ketchum

Neat and clean condo at the base of Warm Springs Ski Lifts on Bald Mountain in Ketchum.

This condo has a nice sized bedroom with a King Bed with comfy sheets and pillows, a 40' smart TV so you can watch Netflix or surf the web. There is plenty of closet space and a chest of drawers to put all your clothes and ski gear.

The Living Room offers a pull out couch, sitting chair, New Gas Fireplace insert that is toasty warm, 55' smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth Speaker. Nice Dining Room Table and chairs accompany the room. Fun Sun Valley Valley artwork and some beautiful paintings.

The Bathroom has 2 separate sink rooms and a shower/tub and toilet room.

The condo has been remodeled and freshly painted and refurbished with new furniture. It is very clean and cozy!

The Kitchen is great with everything you need to cook a meal.

The condo is located at the base of Warm Springs where you can walk to ski and the local ski shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to the bus stop that can take you to town and the bus runs until midnight.

The condo offers many board games, DVD's and books.

Easy ground floor access to park and hop to your front door.

Ski and snowboard storage closet outside the front door.

***New this year: Added a full size washer dyer in the unit and another window in the living room to be able to see the Bald Mountain views from the living room!

No live TV connection during our stay. Listing said there would be TV available. I asked our host about this deficiency several times, and he never replied. The interior heating instructions were confusing and not accurate. We finally figured out ourselves how to turn on the gas fireplace 24/7 to heat the condo.

ideal location, cozy space

We had a wonderful time here. It's conveniently close to Sun Valley mountain for skiing/snowboarding (just a 5 min walk)! Really loved being able to soak in the hot tub after skiing and access to the in-unit washer/dryer. Also just a 3 minute walk to the public transit line to take the bus into town, which is really convenient! Also a plus - it's a nice and quiet place at night - we had really great sleep the whole time we were here. Thanks so much!

Short walk and easy access to Sun Valley base

Loved the unit itself- spacious with lots of amenities! It was ~10min walk to the slopes. Reduced stars for cleanliness as we had water in the kettle and old coffee in the maker within the unit; the hot-tub for the condo complex was visibly growing a biohazard issue on the inside- it was visibly coating the walls of the hot-tub. Who ever maintains it needs to drain it more often.

Wonderful place to stay...hope to come again

This condo was very comfortable and well equipped (including a full size washer & dryer). Great location at the bottom of Warm Springs. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. Surely hope to have the opportunity to come to Sun Valley again and will look for this condo to be available.

Nice condo

Nice location, fully stocked with things needed for our stay. No air conditioning made for unpleasant night sleep. I did not see on the listing that there was no air. Thankfully there were two small fans. The tub is very slick and needs a tub mat. I could see someone slipping and falling.

Functional & Cozy Winter Retreat

We liked the location for restaurants, shopping and skiing, loved watching the wildlife and skiers on the slopes, enjoyed the fireplace and parking right outside the unit. The kitchen had all we needed plus a supply of oil, pasta and teas!

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy condo, especially with its first floor level. The fireplace was delightful and the bed was very comfortable. It could be in walking distance (about 4 blocks) to the Warm Springs lift but we chose to drive. The outdoor hot tub (with lots of towels from the condo) and a warm sauna dressing area were nice at the end of ski days!

Great location!

Very clean, as advertised, easily walkable to main ski lodge (2-3 min). Would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and check out. 20/10 on everything.

Worked perfect for me

Nice, large condo with all you need. Close walk to chairlift and lodge, not too long at all. Chairlifts were never very busy. Warm Springs lodge was a opulent place to eat and drink. When can get back I’ll stay at this place again. PS Try Grumpy’s bar in town for great food beer at a cheap price. It’s a blast

Great location

My sister and I came to Sun Valley for a girls ski trip and we wanted to find a place that had a kitchen and was walking distance to the lifts. This place could not have been more perfect! The kitchen was small but well equipped and perfect for our needs. We had excellent communication with our host. We walked to the lifts and were able to walk home for lunch most days and to Apples for Apres. It was a 7 minute drive to town. We did rent a car but if you don’t want to, there is a free bus that goes to town. The hot tub was so nice and basically right outside our door. We really liked having the washer and dryer in the unit. If I come back to Sun Valley again I will definitely look to see if this place is available.

Great location in Sun Valley!

Great 1BR condo within a short walk of the lifts on the Warm Springs side of Sun Valley. Very nice unit that is bigger than it appears in the photos. Would like to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

We bought this property because we are always skiing from the Warm Springs Side. Known as the locals side, it is less crowded and more fun! We fell in love with the complex as it is very clean and well maintained and always plenty of parking. We loved the size for a one bedroom and ground floor for easy access. The condo has amazing views of the mountain and is a close walk to the ski lifts and nearby restaurants and ski shops.
